Probably better to buy a cooker with a lower gas usage and not worry about 5 rings the oven and a boiler…….

SWB trafic, 11 years old, has had a replacement gearbox and the previous owner replaced the injection pump, I drive it everyday and I would have a new one if funds allowed. It will take 8x4s laid flat and is overall a more spacious van than a T5.

Flexicom 18hx needs 1.93m3 so over the limit, only just, but still over. 🙁

You would need to get more info regarding the gas rating of the cooker,a domestic meter can only supply a certain amount of gas per hour,I think you may be needing more power captain.

Do you know the boiler model i.e. Flexicom 12 hx etc? you would need an engineer to come and check the current setup and probably run a new supply to the cooker if he deemed it safe to do so.

It would depend on what else you have on that meter and how far away it is to be sited from the meter.

Google Magnacleanse (bashy technique),prepare for the usual internet conflicting reviews,I use this system as it does not increase the pressure of the system and you only need one dose of chemical.

Urban- I have one and it works fine, what is it you are finding off putting?
Gone- I was pointing out that the others had suggested an oil filled for the study but had overlooked the need to heat the bedrooms.

You need to google a ‘fencing graft’ job done.Usually made from a cut section of 4″ pipe and a length of scaffold pole. 8)

Thanks for the feedback,DPFs and dual mass flywheels are an arseache I could do without so figure on going petrol due to low annual mileage, will be mainly driven in third by the wife. 🙄

Yes I have had a look at the reviews, we currently have an 04 307hdi which has been very well behaved and I will probably hold on to as my daughter is nearly at driving age, but not many would give it the same review as me.I realise that each vehicle is different and figured I would hopefully get more honest feedback here than elsewhere if you get my drift?

Cheers guys, I would probably go for the petrol version as we have had derv for the last 8yrs so might be nice to change. Any known issues with the 2ltr? 2.5 would be nice, if only for the grunt, but likely to have had a hard life.

It would seem that some are getting a larger share of the irritation than others, would that be true? Not complaining but bit of a double whammy being a user of a certain bank and using a tab to view the site. 😥

Just got this in my inbox.
The building of a European Union language!
    ____________________________________________________________________

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would become known as “Euro-English”.

In the first year, “s” will replace the soft “c”.. Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard “c” will be dropped in favour of “k”. This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome “ph” will be replaced with “f”. This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent “e” in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.

By the 4th yer peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing “th” with “z” and “w” with “v”.

During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary “o” kan be dropd from vords kontaining “ou” and after ziz fifz yer, ve vil hav a reil sensi bl riten styl.

Zer vil be no mor trubl or difikultis and evrivun vil find it ezi TU understand ech oza. Ze drem of a united urop vil finali kum tru.

Und efter ze fifz yer, ve vil al be speking German like zey vunted in ze forst plas.

Rockwool batt’s out of a skip as per Stoner, this is how you would insulate new brickwork. Do not “wedge it in” as it is designed to work at it’s correct thickness.

Rule the nose, rule the dog! Do not get shouty ever and reinforce all but biting with a SMALL treat. You will get there! 😀 Obviously eventually you will not need the food and then it will become even more of a treat, repetition and routine will see you through.

Started nailing clips at 7.40,drilling 7.50. He was fully protected PPE wise.I am more annoyed at my neighbours son who had booked him and given no warning.
Daffy he was doing a full install in 3 rooms, routed externally(because it looks so nice), so a bit more than 5 holes and plenty of clips.

Is your current boiler on an external wall? If not where will the flue run, drain for condense, route from gas meter to new boiler for uprated main? Controls will have to be to fitted to comply with Benchmark.
