What rockhoper says, its not fade if the lever is coming back to the bars.

Unlikely your boiling the fluid more like air in fluid.

Yeah file will do it, 5 min job,Hope mount won’t help as it’s the caliper tabs that hit the rivets.

Some anecdotal evidence they can be fixed by splitting the caliper and replacing the o ring that sits between the two caliper half’s.

Have had no issues with my m7000s.

5+ years to rollout Universal Credit, 10s of millions spent, and its still not complete. Leaving Europe will make Uni Credit look like child’s play.

Even if they find the will, the useless shower of toffs ain’t got the nouse!

    Your point is?

The 55% might be the smart ones, on the basis that you can’t trust anything that they say so they’re just as likely to be right as the 45%

There is no right or wrong, its a fact he met with Russians and yet…

45% of Trump supporters don’t believe it.

Do you believe he met with Russians?

The Fog Of War (11 lessons from the life of Robert S Mcnamara)

Not a movie but a documentary about the life and times of US former secretary of defence Robert S Mcnamara, if you have any interest in war you NEED to watch this!

@bails @martinhutch It was “met with Russians”.

Only 45% of Trump voters believe Donald Trump Jr. met with Russians, 32% say it didn’t happen, 24% not sure.

This despite the fact HE PUBLISHED THE EMAILS SHOWING HE DID, all in denial, its madness lol.

This will happen if the calipers aren’t centered over rotors, pistons compensate and lever travel increases.

Well if your thinking of getting rid I would try a muzzle, don’t separate them, as soon as he gets aggressive muzzle him for 5 mins, repeat as necessary, he will learn it’s not acceptable.

A waste, there’s a high probability he’s a victim of his parents brainwashing (that’s usually how it goes). Religious indoctrination of children should be made illegal, adults can make there own minds up.

    Life of moral turmoil anyone?

Drinking milk before a ride helps you stay hydrated for longer ime, also better than water/hydro drinks for rehydration.

There’s some evidence that protein slows the passage of fluids through the body so more fluid is retained.

Zero five whilst out on the bike though.

Nearly bought one a few years ago, the deal fell through as they would only supply with qr dropouts and wanted another 150 quid for 12mm ones, on a new frame? Lol.

Bike shop will be able check/realign dropouts, it’s quick and easy to do with the correct tool, I’ve realigned dropouts on alloy frames and forks with no issue.

2009 Large Trance feels similar to my medium 18″ 2011 Orange five (very similar to 17″ apart from seat tube). Purely going off that, I would say a 16″ Five would feel more roomy than your 16″ Trance unless the Trance got longer between 2009 and 2013.

There’s less than 0.5 mm for the allen key (which I thought was a good one) to catch on and it ain’t catching!

Not blocked with mud is it, tried cleaning out with pick/safety pin etc?

Article here but relates to 785 brakes, doesn’t look like you can do anything with XTRs, assuming it’s the same issue.

Just watched Rockshox vid and yeah they remove the air but when they reattach lowers the stanchions they are fully extended (this is the important bit), pointless removing air anyway and prevents stanchions compressing when reassembling.

Might not even be that^ but I’d try and rule it out

    dirtydog

Maybe someting has changed but that throws the balance out between negative and positive, I know that for fact, it can easily be demonstrated on dual air forks.

Does it actually say that in the RockShox manual or are you following MBR video on you tube?

    Tip

Don’t deflate air forks when doing a lower service, when you reattach the lowers and reinflate it creates a vacuum in the lowers (acts like a secondary – spring), always reassemble with stanchions fully extended. I would still try again this time reattach the lowers but with stanchions aired up and fully extended.
