In that case, I stand corrected friends who live there told me that there’s a multiuse path that goes from the tennis courts/pool upwards. I dunno?

He didn’t holiday in the alps a few years ago when there was the as yet unsolved murder of that family in the BMW and the cyclist?

    Did he…?

Alarm your garage also, just a time delay keypad shed alarm or pir type. Multiple layers of security are key.

Won’t be the condenser bud that’s in front of your radiator evaporator is what you are looking at.

Had a response from an email earlier today.

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for buying Sender!

We do state in our terms and conditions that it can take up to 10 working days.

The Royal Mail is averaging 3-4 days but we’ve had a few that have taken 7-8 days and for no clear reason.

    Your should arrive next week.

    Cheers,

    Olly

So we can put down the pitchforks for now.

    Hi Cheekyboy

I was in the alps 3 months later
I figured that if altitude and 36c didn’t kill me then nowt would.
I now have to take blood pressure pills +beta blockers +asprin +statins but yeah feel fine.

I have bought a trek powerfly 9lt ebike for razzing around, but still ride my five also especially on more steep technical stuff hidden around the south wales valley’s and uplift days.

Get some professional advice, mine was 7 when I had my heart attack @42yrs old, turns out that my liver has been overdosing me with cholesterol all my life and was only found when I had a nstemi heart attack whilst on 1st run at BikePark Wales.
3 stents later and taking statins for the rest of my day’s,cholesterol dropped to 2.5 within a month on statins with no noticeable side effects.

The Evaporator is low side of the cooling cycle and I’ve seen commercial fridge evaps repaired with liquid metal type adhesives.
Not recommend it personally but I’ve seen it work.

I think French trail grading is slightly more severe than the UK equivalent, maybe worth bearing in mind.

If I’m on my ebike and I see someone crawling up a double track or fire road climb I stick it in turbo and offer a push assist if they look knackered.

You may hate me for this but… Ebike?

I’m also on ramipril and bisoprolol and asprin and atovorstatin due to a heart attack whilst mountain biking at bpw.

I too struggle to keep up uphills, downs I was fine but any long uphills absolutely mullered me.

I’ve recently bought a trek powerfly 9lt and it’s a revelation for shorter rides or uplifting anywhere it’s making me ride much more without feeling dead for days afterwards, still have my orange five 2017 for proper? Rides but if you are struggling it’s such a help it’s unreal.

Ex1 cassette is made from a solid block of hardened tool steel… Blah blah blah, stripped a tooth off the top 3rd ride out and you can’t dump shift it so it wasn’t that…. Draper tool steel maybe Bahco it ain’t.

I got 117k for having a minor heart attack @BPW, I was with LV insurance took a while to get them to payout but seeing as I didn’t work for 2months afterwards it definitely gave me some time to recover without worry.

I recently bought a trek powerfly 9lt and I love it, I haven’t enjoyed riding so much in years and I’ve been riding since around 1992 seriously.

I’ve done the mega and been to the alps a squillion times,I live in South Wales so have ridden many many awesome trails but I’ve always been a bit slow uphill turns out to be a due to a genetic condition causing my liver to create sh1t loads of cholesterol.
I only found out after I had a heart attack whilst mountain biking at bpw aged 42 on the first sodding run, never smoked 6’3 15stone.

I had 3x stents fitted and I’m on medication for the rest of my life including betablockers to stop my heart over revving which is difficult winching yourself up a valleys or off piste FOD climb.

It’s not as accurate as my 2017 Five downhill or as easy to maneuver but it enables you to cover a lot of ground in a short space of time if you wish, basically don’t knock it until you try it or indeed need it.
    Peace DB
