Ignore that advice, as a regular gig goer to large and small venues I can assure you that it does happen. I’ve seen several folk turned away recently. It can be only a good thing in my book.

Im not giving advice wrightyson.. this is just fact. I work in the industry from time to time in the box office for my OH whos been a box office manager for nearly twenty years.

The people scanning tickets are looking for one thing and thats a green light.

And why do you think turning away genuine fans is a good thing?? It does nothing to tackle the problem of ticket touting. Its less than a drop on the ocean.

Artists that decide to go down this route learn quickly.. its just bad craic to ruin peoples fun.

Rejecting fans who have already been mugged off once is not a good move for the artists as it just creates a backlash from genuine fans who are at the turnstyles.

Venues and ticketing company staff dont want the hassle either.

You should really ask yourself why you feel ruining somebody elses day might brighten your own.

I have one of these on my mojo hd.. same size too. It was really great for about a year of light use then developed a patch of wear on the stantion. Not sure wether to get it fixed or move on now.. it only coat me 150 brand new but i suspect itll probably cost more than that to get it fixed and then how long will it last after that???

Ideally you should slice a banana over the oats before pouring the hot milk over the lot. Blueberries too, they should be in there as well.
