yeah if your doing them that quickly your form is rubbish and your using momentum. i always struggle to do lots of reps of anything but i think its because my form is good. i could do 50 super clean pressups within a few weeks, how much further icould go im not sure. but flapping about like that dick isnt my style

just on a side note.. MERLIN CYCLES have sold me brakes without the advertised ice tech pads. my man in the know has informes me that somewhere along the line somebody has removed the proper pads and installed cheaper ones.

merlin were completely uninterested and told me i could buy some off them if i want.

ive just put a set of the new slx’s on my ns surge.. 180f 160r. I ride xc and as much dh as my bones can take. 203 doesn’t tempt me at all but the rear will probably go up 180 too.

The feel from them is just amazing, well pleased. £180 from merlin with two 160 rotors and one 180 with mount. not bad :D
