I gave the ceramic bearings in my 2 year old Hope BB a complete overhaul the other day. Completely degreased, washed, flushed with GT85 and then Repacked.

Pretty sure they’ll keep going and going.

The OFT decision was nothing to do with Numpties forgetting to cancel their contracts and making out it wasn’t their fault.

And neither was the High Court decision as far as I’m aware.

on a more positive note my nan made this for me once. It’s one of my favourite egg things to eat although because i’m such a greedy waster i rarely make it.

Take a mug and rip up a a slice of bread into it. Nothing fancy, just rip it up into smallish pieces.

On top of that drop in a knob of butter.

Season really well with salt and pepper.

Last but far from least add two (whole) freshly peeled soft boiled eggs.

Take the mug and a fork to your chosen dining area. Mash for a few seconds. Egg heaven.

I love eggs.

I had no real intention of buying one until I did a lap of llandegla on my mates. None of the fs bikes i’ve ridden in the past have felt anywhere near as nice as the ibis.

Coming from a hardtail i really like the way it gives you lots of feedback from the ground rather than turning everything to mush.

sounds like the pawls and springs are parched.. did mine yesterday and it wasnt sounding it’s usual self. the pawls and springs were goosed. swapped them out with the revised smaller ones and now we’re clicking like mad again 🙂

Forest of dean is perfect for dh on a HT really, primarily because of the fact the tracks are only short. Sounds like you just need to beat your legs into submission. Get some dual plys on there too…
