Filtering is an art so it is.

The fact that it winds up car drivers was a complete delight for me.

Maybe try some P.E.D’s instead of worrying about a few grams here and there?

If people are practising the day day prior surely that should be advertised to all competitors.

Its not a fair race otherwise?

    Fixed is where it’s at.

Stick with it for a year and then you’ll only ever notice it’s fixed when you spin the gear out 😉

If left to my own devices I could be lazy on a commute, that was then.

Rumor has it a resident in a my first shared house knocked one out into the dregs of a wine glass and left the glass on a desk in his room for a couple of days.

Weekend arrives and your man gets lucky. After a couple of hours riding, his lucky lady escapes his gaze while he puts a lighter to a cigarette. She’s wetting her whistle so she is.

    “What was in that wine?”

And btw, if youve got ‘deep grooves’ on your axle that’s not general wear and tear. Full stop.

there was a good video with a few exercises to combat arm pump.

It was rynos gym with aaron gwin. Vital mtb website seems to be down for me though atm?

anyway.. the botttom line aside from the exercises was ride long rough descents more.

I’d imagine the crank is more likely to be out of tolerance than the bearing? There shouldn’t be any play on that fit whatsoever.

I’m moving from a cromo long travel hard tail to a mojo hd. I was in no rush to go fs for the same reasons as you, heavy, sofa like, poor power transfer.

The mojo has none of these traits and a huge list of benefits. ‘cept the outlay 😯

I did a 56 mile fell race when i was 25 or thereabouts. I’d echo what others have said in that fitness won’t carry you the 69 miles. Iron will, will.

I’ve no plans to do anything similar again.

Yeah it’s pretty sweet, basically a stretched out pump track almost with a load of nice berms.

On the it could be more technical note, well like you say.. it’s not because it’s not meant to be. I’ve done it once, I won’t be back.

Yep, only one had survived by the looks of things, the rest had the engine covers forced open and had been lit from there by the looks of things. God only knows how much it will cost to replace that lot.

I am surprised it was all left there though.

they are a bit of a joke imo.

I paid twenty odd pounds a couple of times to cncmechhanger.com for substandard hangers.

got the real deal from crc for nine quid eventually.
