Also as above worth checking the rose/ spherical type bearing on the shock as these tend to go more than the dog bearings,
    TF stock them
dog bearings also tend to feel a little rough as normal

will dig them out and get the number off the packs

Just self amalgamating tape used in electrical work Sat LNB connectors etc,

Yep bought an XPS about 2 years ago,
It was supposed to have a cosmetic scatch on it, but its so small i struggle to see it and is on a replaceable panel any way, couldnt understand why they didnt put a panel on it and sell as new?

    3 choices really
    1. As above ( tell them you don't want it call there bluff)
    2. Grin an and bear it ( whilst looking for new job)
    3. Redundancy of your current will follow if u don't accept,
they will use the business need argument

If i remember correctly, when trueing these you use to set up the wheel then place a small blob of loctite on them.
They have an anti rotation plastic part between the spoke and the adjuster
(part of the assembly) which squashes out when you first fit a replacement spoke etc…

Think the carbon soles are on the dragons or used to be,
Mine use the SRS ones but they are simlilar
If you mean the mid foot part theat is sometimes extra to the kit but you can get it.
If you mean the complete sole of the shoe then no, but this is not really subject to any wear as the inserts are the bit that wear down.
Provided you put a little grease in the srew holes whEen fitting new inserts they always come out ok too.
Great summer or race shoes but a little cool for winter use as they are very well ventilated

See MTBR forum site for details of upgrade kit to later bearing kit without crush tubes and zerk grease fittings.
I believe the kit is retro-fittable

    Sign of a true friend,
A lot of so called friends these days would have just picked up the phone or not bothered at all.
But you made an un-selfish gesture by going to see him as hard as it was seeing him ill.
I feel for you, as i have to lost friends i grew up with at a young age.
Looking back though, I now only remember the good times.
