No where has them sadly, Leisure lakes in Cheltenham didn't have any yesterday and no where else stocks them. I was going to buy them from CRC today.

    Right, my legs measure
    Bottom of knee 13.5"
    Top of knee 18"
Will the top really give 2" worth of flex if i go medium?
The Top is the most important measurement i think as this bit holds them up.

Kyle Strait, Pro DJ & Tomcat Knee Guards
    Size/Measurement

    Medium
    Bottom Opening 13"
    Top Opening 16"

    Large
    Bottom Opening 14"
    Top Opening 17"

Yep, the Kyle straits I had for £25 last night are now £30 but the gloves I want are down by a further £2. Very odd.

Get a cable one for the rear wheel and then get a cadence one for the crank arm with a heart rate monitor. I have 3 computers on mine.

One showing heartrate, one showing cadence and the other showing spped and time.

Was lovely lunch time yesterday. It looked like lots of pairs of Bonty Mud X's had been riding up there. Frozen solid but still rather difficult to get any speed up.

If it thaws like it has been today I would give it a miss.

Had mine for 4 weeks and done 12 interval sessions on it and it has massively improved my running and sprinting in a short space of time.

I have also been given some spin class routines to help mix things up as it can get boring.

As previously said, if you only plan to do an hour, by the time you have got all your winter kit, filled up you camel back and got out there, it is time to turn around and clean the bike.

Yep, family tradition, I go out at 6am go round Painswick and Cranham in the dark, back onto the beacon for 8 to meet Mum, Dad and the Dog and watch the sun come up at 8.15am. Going to be great and bloody cold

Nay, took a walk up there earlier and it is a mess.

People just dont learn that trails like that don't dry out during winter.

I have rhythms and they have been OK for 800 miles but the free hub and bearing have now failed and to be honest I have not ragged them.

There are better out there for the money.

Save a bit more cash and get some Hope Pro 2's

    I am 5,10" and ride a 17.5" Actual and 18.5" Virtual.

    The sticker has both on.

    Go with the 17.5" Virtual

I would leave Cranham out of the equasion as it is in a state and not really a fun ride after large group rides have hammered it over the last three weeks.

Cleeve never really gets muddy as it drains well. Have you considered a small 40 minute trip to the Malverns?
