I just got a Nokia 6 to replace my aging HTC one m7. £199 sim free from carphone warehouse. Really liking it so far, especially for the money!

They definitely exist, I’ve even been on some of them! Rides are generally shorter than the time in the pub after (when it’s open). Your post could make for an awkward conversation though so I’d prob just claim to be someone else tbh :-)

Just measured a 52. It’s 138 with wheels on, 115 with the front off

Approx $17m US each apparently. Per helicopter, not ride.

When my daughter was just learning to ride, she went down the hill into the park and forgot how to use her brakes. She had a high speed head first dive into a rockery. Her helmet broke, her head didn’t. My kids will never ride without them.

Same park, different day, son still had his bike helmet on when he fell backwards off the top of the slide (the big one, that he shouldn’t have been on). Helmet broke, kid didn’t.

    I hate that park.

Although you will be paying more for the vw badge, you’ll also get more for it. A £15k t5 today would be worth what, £8k in 8 years time (complete guess tbh), a £15k transit today will be prob £2k max. If you’re planning you convert later down the line I’d also err towards vw, just a much bigger market. Love my 6 seat t5 (2 rows), long wheel base I can get 6 bikes in behind the seats all wheels still on

If I were you I’d be driving around sowerby and sowerby bridge a bit with a keen eye out. They’ve ridden home from yours, and got a taxi there – I’d make them 5 mies away tops. Draw a radius around your house and go visit any council estate in it. I’d say any in the valley would be more likely, lazy **** are less likely to ride them uphill, they’ll have rolled straight home and straight indoors

Ordered some sealant from CRC at 2pm yesterday, free delivery, arrived 12.05 today in a tracked 24 box – 22 hours after ordering. What do I win?

I picked up a pair of five ten Diddie Schneider from CRC for less than £35 a couple of years ago as a cheap foray into flats. I’ve worn them twice a week since, through 2 winters, and they’re still going strong. Never get wet feet (except over the top), always warm, steel toes for rock strikes, I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do when they die. If you can find a pair, jump at them!

I’m going to find it a lot easier to sack it off than get motivated, so that’s good with me. It’s drizzling in Sowerby Bridge, after the last few weeks, I don’t do wet any more!
Will be out tomorrow though Daz, less roads and moaning than Thursday if you’re about

On the flip side, 4 of us are going together, staying 2 nights – works out at £2.50pp per night – doubt you’d find a campsite much cheaper than that, and that includes showers which are normally £2 at the sports centre

Rams clough (the descent from 10) will probably be a bog, but you can avoid it and follow Gorple road all the way down to Hurstwood then turn left to Cant Clough instead. 15 to 16 on the map will be wet – but it nearly always is!

What gearing and for what sort of terrain are people running? I’ve just picked up a vitus dee ss 29er, but the current gear is 38/16. As I live in calderdale it’s not much kop for anything other than the canal! Other problem is it’s got 5 arm 110 bcd cranks, so I’m struggling to find a much smaller chainring. Am I best off just switching it to some 4arm 104 Shimano?

72nd, which I’m really pleased with on my massively unsuitable bike! Do people generally carry their bikes a lot in Manchester?

So, the track claimed another victim Monday night. Ben went to A+E on tuesday after coming off on the tabletop section, broken collarbone and 2 ribs. Can’t drive for 6 weeks…

In, although it was so easy I’m half expecting to not actually be in at all. Looking forward to it, especially as the weather will be better this year than last!

Thanks for the concern, I’ll live. Got out of a+e about 2am, nothing broken but like Daz says, apparently I’ve a badly sprained back – who knew! I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus, made of concrete, but codeine’s my best friend at the moment!
Anyone want to buy a full face helmet, only worn once!

If it’s anything like Lefkas a few miles away (no reason why it shouldn’t be), then the riding could be great, but you’ll definitely need a guide.
