The path between Inners to Howford crossing is finished do if you know where that is you can cycle from the Cardrona part on the main road for a short section before joining it.Most should be finished fairly soon. They won’t surface the bit between Howford crossing and the new bridge apparently as farmers use that bit.

The bridge won’t be put in until early spring (End Feb time?)because of some wildlife issue (Fishing?) so you won’t be able to ride the whole thing ’till then but should be a great facility 😀

A friend of mine moved about the same distance for a few hundred quid – not lots of furniture though (Some nice Polish guys with a van did it 😀 ) Bit of a risk but all was great. Might be worth researching on Gumtree/ google if you aren’t too bothered about insurance etc

Yes I was told it had opened on Sunday ‘soft launch’ whatever that means. Perhaps they were doing live safety tests on the unsuspecting 😀

My buddy trashed her uppy downy seatpost at Glen Coe on the chair lift. I’d pop a standard one on to be sure but can prob hang by the wheel.

A friend of mine rode round GT last week singlespeed rigid with Mary bars! Rode from Edinburgh in the rain then back via The Meldons minus one spoke and a wobbly wheel – all in the rain 😀
