No not really – its a step up physically from Inners xc, 2 big climbs not particularly technical but the jucy bits are at the end when you are tired. If you did the others you’ve not missed out too much.
Was it Jake Peat? Saw him when he was about 2 at Fort Bill trying to ride over a small bump – kept falling off and getting up straight away and trying again. Evevtually mum came along and she had to manually help him get a bit of air as he insisted he wanted to jump ‘like that!’. Bless
Another vote for pilates. However its an ongoing routine – we should all do exercise to strengthen our core to help our backs as wear and tear takes its toll – that’s without all the riding we do.
