Cushcore XC are 155g. Really pleased with mine, easy to fit, decent rim protection and less squirmy running low pressures. I’m running them with 2.4/2.5 tyres

The 2018/2019 Scott Genius 700s were spec’d with a 27.5 2.8 Maxxis Rekon on a 30mm internal rim from the factory

I wouldn’t bother, the bike is better without the front fork locked out on climbs, just keep the twinloc lever hooked up to the rear.

If you really want to keep it on the front you can use a standard Fox Fit4 3 position adjust fork and add the Fox Fit4 remote 3 pos topcap interface – U-Cup Push-Lock 2018.

Be careful, I just tore a ligament in my knee on one and can’t ride for months!

I’ve used cyclescheme twice. £1000 towards a bike, 12 payments of £83 (pre-tax) and at the end I paid a one off payment of £75. The bike officially is owned by Cyclescheme for another 3 years but you never hear from them again. I have no ties to my company after the 12 months and would pay nothing if I resigned.

Did you select the 12month option or the 4 year option?

I went from a 2017 Spark 950 to a 2018 Genius 720. The Spark was a very capable bike but the Genius is the better allrounder, and if you’re new to it and the type of riding you do might change it’s less likely you’ll feel the need to change bikes with the Genius. You’ll also be able to play with 27.5 and 29 wheels to see what you like better if you don’t know already. I love my Genius and don’t miss the Spark, even on climbs.
