I did Heathrow to Paddington on monday, was bit less than an hour on the tube. Coming back used the normal train and cost £7.90 for a single and took half an hour

I’ve done those on a hardtail and full sus, crashed on the hardtail coming down Snowdon. But both are good fun!

I had rollers for a little while but the resistance was so minimal it wasn’t worth it. Alright for warming the legs up, but for anything else go turbo

My friend has contacted me today to say she is out of hospital and the baby is ok, she’s bruised and shaken up. The police have someone in custody.

Erm I've used several free gps apps for the iphone, and they all kill battery very quick like 2-3 hours

The riders are indeed part of the NEG. They ride ahead of the race, stopping oncoming vehicles and closing junctions until their colleagues catch them up and then they move onto the next hazard. Like a big game of tag for them. I followed the ToB last year, the bikers used to have their own big table in the hotels

I got the HD Hero today, great fun!

I came off going down the Llanberis path on my hardtail, and broke a couple of ribs. Will have to try the Rangers path
