I've got away with 240V twice. It's bloody awful and for a few minutes afterwards I still thought I might expire. Respect electricity and concentrate at all times. Label things clearly or lock them out. Just be bloody careful.

I hate the ban everything culture but flogging explosives to the general public is pretty stupid. Perfectly illustrated by the link in jon1973's post.

Boozing whilst taking metronidazole can really put you on your ass. It is potentially very dangerous. Even mouthwashes and liquer chocolates can trigger a nasty reaction.

Drinking whilst taking other antibiotics is okay but may reduce the extent to which they are metabolised by the liver. This may reduce their efficacy.

Just letting you know Neil is waiting for a CT scan tomorrow (hopefully!) The haematoma is back and when I visited him this evening looked worse than last night when he was admitted.
Docs don't think there is any infection, he's not doing too bad but until he's had the scan it's worrying. I know he's better off being in hospital and getting it checked out.
