My father in law done a good one to a major electrical retailer. He bought a hi-fi system and when he got it home and unpacked it it was damaged, he took it back to the shop and was being fobbed off by the manager, In the end the father in law stood by the entrance and every time a customer walked in he just told them not to buy anything from there because if it faulty or damaged they won't change it. They gave him a new one just to get shot of him after a number of customers turned on their heels and walked off.

I bought a new car and phoned the dvla to ask about the legality of driving the car insured (I changed the insurance but was waiting for the insurance document) but untaxed until Monday morning (I was due to pick the car up Friday evening) I was told by the not so helpful people at the dvla that the vehicle must be displaying a valid tax disc. I tried the old one of well when I buy a tax disc Monday it will be back dated to the beginning of the month to which I got told if you drive an untaxed vehicle and are pulled over or seen by the relevant authorities you will be prosecuted and possibly loose the car.

I could understand in a canal as there is no real flow of water but a river should be ok.

Boxercise class i attend is a lot of hiit training which consists of 30 second intervals of speed and power and 30 second recovery. Ultimately it depends on the instructor if he/she has a little passion for their job then they will give you a good work out and you will enjoy the class.

Take a look at the way Israel, Norway, Swizterland roll out thier national service. They manage and they do a damn good job of it too.

My experience would be youth aged between mid teens to mid twentys. Sorry if that rubs people up the wrong way but statistically youths are more likely to commit an act of defacing with spray or marker than a middle aged person. I am only 32 myself but i was brought up in a mining village and taught to respect your elders and respect the dead more so with soldiers who fought and gave thier lives for thier country. Youngsters of today could not give too hoots and I can honestly say that from first hand experience the armed forces are made more welcome and respected in other countries in europe and the USA even the youngsters yet in Britain they try to taunt and heckle troops. I am not going to tar all youths but every town in britain has it's own problems with small groups.

Similar thing happened in Glasgow when the cenotaph was vandalised on the 65th anniversary of D-day.

Youth of today have no respect because they just don't care. Bring back national service and give them a few beastings and train them the old way to give them a little insight as to what a squaddie does to prepare to fight for the country then tell the PC do gooders to get off thier soap box.
