I use an iTrip and it’s fine, works best if I sit it on my dashboard. Finding a clear frequency can be difficult but I’ve found it doesn’t make too much difference if it’s not 100% clear
I love my iPod Touch to death but it’s not really a very practical shape or tough enough to carry all the time like I do my crappy yet indestructable (so far at least) old phone
I got the last long sleeve merino top (muahahah) unless they have more stuff to put out, but there were lots of tees and vests left. Also got caught out by the lack of bags :(
Prices I can remember:
Technical jackets £65
All merino £20
Jumpers/sweats £20
Tees/polos (loads of tees) £10 or 3 for £25
Don’t get too hung up on distance, run for time ie. run for 45 minutes and try to go further than you did last time. This stops you taking it easy as you get fitter
I read the instructions and understand how it works. It’s just that I got sent the extra long kit for no extra and am only doing the rear der, so I was toying with the idea of doing a full length outer run
That was my thinking, pointless having all this sealed gubbins then creating breaks everywhere or running a piece of exposed cable (even with the sleeve)
In an ideal world people not voting (through choice) is a good thing. Politicians should be aware that there are more than enough previously inactive voters out there to really F their S up should a big enough issue/desire for change come along that brings people to the polls
