Somouk – thanks for the contact name. Spoke to Dave at stendec and he no longer services them due to reliability issues etc. he’s a really helpful chap though and is looking into a solution.
Sorry James it must be the rocker link then. It has the words “hollow link” on it.
Thanks for your replies, I’m getting the length and stroke adjusted on a RP23 to fit my old Stump Jumper as it has an irregular size afr shock.
Any other input very welcome:)
Just in case this makes any difference, it a 2006/07 stuntjumper, last of the full M5 frames, with the specialized asr shock and brain.
Thanks for replies so far 🙂

I’ve done it, you’ll need a polishing kit plus a plug in electric drill for the high speed necessary. It takes longer than you think and mines scratched alot now with the weather we’ve had. I will helitape mine next tithe it I may get them re-anodised.
I got the Matt tape from paragon on e bay, it goes on fine.
I’ve only had it on for a week on my annodised frame so I couldn’t tell if it’s as tuff as they suggest.
Been out this evening, duals have large puddles before and in between the jumps, they’re rideable but much slower than normal. It’s pretty slippery out there!!
Xc is a lot slower especially near the bottom fields.
