I sometime suffer from this, the fastest way to recover is rest – not what we want to do. A good tip I got for icing the area is to freeze a card board/paper cup and use it to massage directly the affected area.

The prices are stupid silly, circa 100 Euro per car each way driver only. It will be cheaper to fly and then use Bus Eireann (sp?) if bikes in bags. Trains don’t allow bikes onboard here.
Keep an eye on the SSWC Facebook page, transport can be had through there (I might be able to help somebody but won’t know till nearer the time).

HC are you saying there will be some ferry offers/discounts for SSWC? I sure hope you are… :roll:

Has anybody managed to get a ferry inc two people and a van for less than £300 – Jeez I may have to re-think this one

Humm the four pads may work, do look the same a mirror fixings.

The original ones required the surface to be circa 20 degrees c to ensure a good bond. With part being outside I don’t want it flying off the screen a xx mph.
