We go for the cheapest valuation survey from the mortgage provider and then do a private, non valuation, but condition report type survey with our trustworthy RICS surveyor who is verbose and useful. If you are in the south west I cna give you hsi details.
We never really feel comfortable with the mort co’s surveyors.

I think that when you are hammer the whole world is a nail, child protection campaigners and workers will always see things to be much worse than they are. So the simple answer is don’t believe this staistic.

You could have responded nicely by telling the seller to sort it out before just deleteing them.

Better than a shifter I think, it has the variability of a shifter, always parallell, and you can apply pressure to the nut as you undo, prevents slippage dunnit. Plus that can be pliers and great for nipping people in the soft parts.

We have the 125mm in our toolbags, they go to 23mm so great as a trail tool. A 250mm or 180mm would be fine for the workshop. The 250mm goes to 46mm AF so will handle almost nythuing bike related.

My husband has done a few of these and has some simple rules.

    1) in the interests of protecting the brides interest in the stag he cannot go anywhere without holding the hand of someone else in the stag party. This includes the loo, bar etc. Some special dispensations can be allowed – ie when dragged up on stage by a stripper, or when playing hunt the stag in paintball.
    2) Supply the stag with 2 off (one for each day, as the first will get trashed)pink or purple full body leotards to be worn at all times. Some special dispensations can be allowed – ie when wearing his evening outfit which might be even worse.
    3) what goes on tour stays on tour..

I’m not going to defend Farah, I do not know anything about it, and I can’t say I have any patriotic attachment/love for him or his achievemnets.

But in defence of good thinking, I would like to say I despise the phrase “there is no smoke without fire” . What utter horseshit, it is used by peiople to make accusations without any evidence and justify their own prejudice. It is the vilest street gossip and whispering.

Show me actual evidence, not circumstantial or any other weasel word bollocks, then we can accuse an athelete. Meanwhile-stick to the facts.

The best that 1992 had to offer was about 900quid on a spec rockhopper pro. Thats 1725 in todays money. Well if you dropped 1700 on a hardtail today you would get something pretty fricken awesome, hydraulic brakes, maybe a dropper, defo a decent fork. The expensive stuff is way way more techincally advanced, but even for the equivalent money todays £1700 hardtail is legions better that 1992’s rigid.

You can easily spend £750 and get an amazing hardtail that will last you a very very long time.

I have the toshiba flashair ones, they are bloody excellent.
You do not need to be connected to a network, the wifi card creates its own network, so great if you are up a mountain and want to do instant FB uploads of dslr piccies etc. I also use it to transfer fotos to my tablet when travelling and then use the tablet to transfer to my portable harddrive after revewing the ones I want to keep.
If you have an older DSLR, like my D90 then you need to change the time the sensor is active for to keep the card powered up. So If doing lots of work I think you can change it to 30 mins or so.
Make sure to change it back or it will flatten your battery.. I have mine on a shortcut in the custom settigns field.

If you ask me the SNP could be the saviour of England and GB. They will be able to bolster opposition to any tory policies, and are intending to oppose the anti HRA bill. I would have voted for a SNP candidate if they ran in Devon. The best way to get Scottish independence is for Scotland to take actually over England.

Had to wash a load of fly eggs off already.

I have a flyproof muslin bag, and I normally use toothpickstandoffs on deer carcass to keep the muslin an inch or so away from the meat. Never have any fly issues.
You can “hang” a bunny carcass in the fridge.

    Otherwise your recipie sounds nice.

PS if you do not want to lose, pay him what you think you owe.
EG if you offer the £40 quid then potentially you owe it. So the court might find against you for the £40, making you liable for his costs. So pay the 40.
