Hi mate hope you are ok.

I went through similar and mine flairs up every year or so .    I normally take a course of tablets that sorts me out.   But riding and exercise in general is an antidepressant and it always makes me feel better and takes my mind off it.

I don’t worry bout my heart rate now as I know it can go up to 180bpm when pushing hard and that is normal.

Its a hard illness that I don’t think I will ever be rid off as had it for a good few years now but as long as I go to the quacks early enough I am fine.

I have friends who say you just have to snap out of it I can only assume they have never experienced it ! The best way I can describe it is getting ducked under the water and not being able to get back up only there is no water.

Mine also used to be worst when driving in the dark for some reason 😀.

Just get out on the bike mate and don’t worry bout ya heart rate as it will get high and I would revisit the quack as there are tablets that help.

Iam assuming you don’t mind taking them.

    Good luck mate

    Hi mate.

Ive never ever tried goggles so don’t know what they are like.  I ripped a canny chunk of my nose off and only got some back.   I was unlucky and hit a rock  Square on with my big kenk 👃.

I know my nose would have been broke anyway but can’t help feeling like a nose guard may have stopped it ripping off.

I wont be doing any MTB riding till I’m healed as the wifey and work will knack me 😀.

    Cheers

    Hi Mike thanks for reply.

Mots inly a weep and only happens if I move the pp lever.

I know it is the damper fluid that is leaking but the rebound is working fine .  Propedal doesn’t seem to be working but I never use lockout on any of my bikes so could live with that .

i will just keep my eyes open for a Monarch at a good price.

    Thabks again mate

    Hi lads

    Thanks for all the replies.

I ended up ordering 2Mm in addix soft from atheleteshop as they only worked out 31 each so got a spare or might sticking in sons bike.

I will still pick up a Cm and a Dhf when I see one cheap.

Would a HR11 be better than a NN in the wet and mud as might switch over for tomorrow?

    Cheers.

I have been following the gopro thread on FB. It is more than a minor problem. There are people who have bought direct from GOPRO as they have a store. Those people have to pay return shipping to the store for repair. If you do not live in the same country it isnt cheap.
They ahave a shit customer service FACT. It may just be down to the volume of calls and enquiries but waiting over a week for a generic email isn’t very good.
I have also read that you can only send the camera back to gopro in the 30 day period after this it is just a replacement or repair. Amazon will accept them back but if you deal direct with gopro they will not.
I was seriously tempted to buy one but there is no chance now. I dont even enter the free competition now.
As said above they are still selling them and not sorting out the ones they have sold.
Have as look here nd scroll down to january 15th http://www.facebook.com/gopro
You will see that it isnt a small problem. And if it is I would hate to see a big one.

Take a look on gopro Facebook page. The heroe 3 is a total disaster for gopro. There are over a 1000 people on FB alone with major problems . If you read through them gopro customer service is **** 70 mins waiting on phone just to connect and over a week to get a reply via email.
