Nobeer: the bannetons will possibly take about 3 weeks or so to arrive. (am still waiting), I also bought 2 off Ebay…..they took about 10 days to arrive….(use topcashback)
Thenorthwind: yep, I do all that stretching and folding for my breadmaking, I will cut down on the amount of water for my next attempt…

NBITF good effort buddy…would you care to post the recipe on here….. all recipes that I have found on the tinternet have far to much water in them… makes for a wetter sloppier dough that can’t be shaped properly by myself…. have made 2 sourdough loafs now and kinda getting better…… I have no hassles at all when using instant yeast though…..LOL

I’m 63 and still riding the trails and downhill tracks….I have busted numerous ribs and bones over the years….I was once asked by an elderly lady at the top of Fort William downhill track “sheesh Lad, are you not old enough to know better?” , I replied with “Yes! but i’m still stupid enough to do it!”.

It’s all about how you feel when you’re out on the bike, do it cos you like and enjoy it, not because a phone app tells you you need to go faster and harder at it… do it for the craic…you’re not there to impress anyone. 🙂

wish you a speedy recovery buddy… and stay safe , listen to yourself and not your body…. 😉

Guitar arrived today…. action was spot on as was the tuners and the finish of the guitar.. all I had to do was set the intonation on 4 strings that were slightly out of kilter…. lovely instrument to play…. far superior to my 2007 Yamaha Pacifica 012

aye, can do a quick setup and intonation, Grover tuners already fitted… may swap out the saddles for a rolling saddle…. see how it plays outa the box…. bone nut is a cheap enough replacement…. looking forward to receiving the instrument (ordered it yesterday and the order is still showing as open, even though the webpage stated immediate availability….LOL)

I’ve had an older version of the Tranya bluetooth earbuds for over a year now and they are brilliant..can’t fault them and they do not move regardless of what gym exercise I’m doing

I can’t see how they can label the shredder as an introductory dh track now, as they have raised the take off lip on the road gap by about 2.5 feet and increased the landing point, also added more larger doubles (where I have witnessed bikers actually casing their landings), to me it’s an accident waiting to happen that will catch out the inexperienced bikers…… this is just an observation and not a whinging auld git sounding off….LOL

windows 10 is tied to the computer BIOS, once you reinstall windows 10 it will reactivate itself… things only get problematic when you change the motherboard.
Microsoft allow you to download a win10 image file that can be put on a usb pen for installation…

I prefer to think along the lines of ” there is no such thing as a bad trail center or bike park, only a bad state of mind”

The main thing is that we are out on our bikes getting fitter…and enjoying the craic with yer biking buddies… 🙂
