    I find Kirby infuruating.
I agree about Rob Hatch, very good, which only serves to highlight how poor Kirby is.

On the last 2 occasions that I have ordered with next day delivery they have taken over 4 days, but they have on both occasions refunded the postage. 8 times out of 10 no probs with them but sometimes some delays.

Reinheitsgebot – German beer purity law, means that they can’t put all that crap in it.
Possibly apocryphal story of football world cup in Germany, with Budweiser being a main sponsor but not being able to be sold due to Reinheitsgebot.

I use XT spds and the only probs that I have had have been due to sand.
Much the same as the age old mud shedding issue.

I echo SBZ as well, probably comming from the neck. I have suffered on and off with a C4 C5 nerve trap for nearly 10 years that at it’s worst has been unbearable.
After X Rays and MRI scans and a helpful GP I have now found a Chiropractor that has helped massively.
So my recommendation wold be to try and see a Physio or Chiropractor and rest up.

Another common one for MTBer’s new to the darkside is wearing your peaked MTB helmet and having to lift your head too far back to see without obstruction from the peak.

Don’t be afraid the waggle your head, neck and shoulders every now and again to keep things loose.

    Brilliant topic.
I have no issue with people wanting to ride quicker or get faster but as Crazy-legs so rightly says It is not a race.
At least not a race with other people.

If they’re sitting in the wheels and not doing any work ask ’em if they like fish?

There’s always a ‘plaice’ at the front.

I went over the bars at speed last year. Faceplanted with some serious force. As the surgeon stitched my face back up, desperately trying to save my lucrative modeling career, he said “I’ll tell you this much, from the looks of you, if you hadn’t have had the helmet on we’d have been treating some pretty serious head injuries”

That’s all i need to know.

Binners – I had exactly the same, even down to the modelling career.
I had the same comments as they CT scanned me, from the anaesthetist and the Glaswegian plastic surgeon.

My only disappointment with the whole event was that Gee didn't swear like a docker this year.
That for me was the highlight of 2009
    Not SITS 2009 – the year 2009.

Actually I can almost narrow it down to 4 record labels:
    Relevation Records
    SST
    Epitaph
    Dischord
