Used “The Glasses Company” many times. Especially good prices on Oakley’s. Code SAVE10 for 10% off.

Also used “SelectSpecs” for cheap riding specs (Aero 8076 are Oakley cross link zero copies)

Unfortunately that 40% off  Gorilla code (MADNESS) is only for brakes ( NOT pads)

You can use STRAVA20 though for 20% off pads 👍

Had no issues with Dogtag when I snapped my ACL (ski-ing).
Had to pay upfront for the treatment using my credit card (prob the norm?) but claimed it back with no problem.
Used them many times since for both ski-ing and DH mtb.

Sorry been out to measure it 😉
Centreline to centreline of rails are 9 inches apart.
    They are 49” long overall.
Just so that you can compare to what you have now maybe.

(Large) Orbea wild fs eBike (29er) which has long wheelbase and probably 25 kg
    Also with a 27.5 mtb.
It’s really stable once on the towbar tbh.

I also have Thule roof rack carrier, obviously the eBike can’t go there (too heavy) which is why I needed a tow bar variant….and can compare ratchet straps etc, the Thule wheel straps are much better imho.

    Hi,
I have the Atera STRADA E-Bike ML (standard version) no. AR2696
    Which cost me £370
It’s a 2 eBike carrier, quite substantial (it’s got extra space between bikes) no issues with it although I would say the wheel holder straps are not as good as the Thule equivalents.
I believe you can add a third carrier.
The tilting mech is also fine too.

Sorry – but not selling it , just for info

    Cheers D3fc

I have a Kyham motor dome too. Quick erect spider legs type. It’s been stored in the loft for a couple of years now unused, so would be for sale…if your still interested let me know.

Obviously I would need to erect it first to check it over, but it was good when last put away.

Would be happy to do that, once  this mega wind / snow dies down.

    Regards.

    Just returned.
As has already been said KL was a (mostly very nice) large Asian city, cheap food and approx £3 for a beer. Much nicer than I imagined it was going to be, especially around Petronos towers.(money area obviously)
Easily half prices of major uk city, street food / hawker food halls especially great.
Got around via uber, dirt cheap.
Also went to Cambodia (Siam reap) for a week, £50 per night (for 2) in a luxurious hotel 4* b&b, pool etc.
Pub street $0.50c for a beer, $3 cocktails, $5 meals, awesome food and bars.
Angkor Wat was great too, Very humid / hot tho…
Was 3rd world-ish around Angkor (but that was expected tbh).
Just for context, not sure if I’d take young kids tho unless adventuress type (too hot maybe?)

Just got a garmin vivoactive smart watch, really pleased with it. (2 weeks)
Already have a edge 200 for following routes, but for everything else, running, walking etc, it’s ideal.
Does chest strap heart rate too, £200 all in.

    Sadex, stick with it.
Been using mine for a couple months, deffo technique and choice of creams / blades…
I prefer cream ( rather than soap), 3 pass here, with growth, against and sideways.
Found that my preferred blade is Gillette 7 o’clock.
Have tried feathers but they seem too thin / flexy for me….and get blunt quickly.
I change blade after 2 shaves, but I have a really tough beard.( got blades for 8p each which helped)
I have hated shaving for 20 years, now it’s a grooming pleasure!

Sorry sadexpunk, only bought myself this week after reading this thread and dabbling with cheapo DE razor for a month now.
Had my first shave last night and didn’t need one this morning… And that’s from someone who needs to shave twice a day if going out at night too !
Got feather blades as I have a mega tough growth, well impressed with them.

    Just as an update…
Fixed it by deleting the existing courses that I had downloaded to the garmin from gpx files I had rode previously in Endomondo.
Soon as I deleted those, the new ride I had done uploaded no problem.
    Ta.

Just bought a polar H7 Bluetooth strap that’s connects to iPhone.
Really impressed with it and the polar beat app.
No watch, but don’t need one, and you can track rides etc
Order it online from Halfords £43 and pick up in store….otherwise they are £65.

That “john carter” disney film was slagged off on the radio yesterday, lost 200 million dollars at the box office.
    Biggest flop in disney history.
