Should have flown back on Sunday afternoon but after a car hire, some trains, many taxis, an expensive hotel, Le Eurostar, a coach, a ferry and another coach we arrived in Hommersåk, Norway at 4.30am today. Only 4 days late for work 😆 and about 2000 quid extra spent

went through the same thing when i turned 40. After years and years of partying and city life and many short term relationships i moved to Norway and now live in a little village at the end of fjord. The nearest bar and off-licence is 15 miles away. But i love it and couldnt imagine going back to my old life

I moved to Switzerland (Zurich) in 2002 by myself. It was fantastic. I met some wonderful new friends and had a great time. You've gotta through yourself into the local culture and learn the local language. I moved to Norway in 2007.

Yep i've done it a few times. 1st: gave up a career as an accountant to go to University and study Geology. After 9 years dropped everything in the UK and moved to Switzerland. After 5 years in Zurich, 5 fantastic years, i dropped everything there and moved to Norway to be with a Norwegian girl. Very happy here, having an easy life and now working in the oil industry.
