I had COVID last November and my smell and taste went back came back all fine. Then in may this year I had a cold for a week and now my smell and taste is off lots of things taste different (this is starting to come back to normal) and lots of things smell garlicky. It’s pretty annoying.

Probably down to the Bluetooth codec being used if you have developer options available you can change the codec. Google Huawei Bluetooth codec developer options.

Rode BMX properly in the late 90s in my last years of school whilst on and off between then and now. Mainly rode dirt with a little street aswell. Really wish i tried to get into BMX racing now but happy with riding MTB.

First BMX was a Diamondback Viper that cracked and got a warrenty replacement but upgraded to a race Assault Ex that i had until a few years ago, that also cracked so replaced thet frame with a Haro race pro. Its a nice setup with Profile cranks and S&M pitch forks with oldskool red Shimano DX V brakes.

My SLX clutch stopped working and used the video above to clean out but i used SRAM butter as a lube and its back to normal function.

I have this with issue on the smallest gear but for me it looks like the gear is buckled when I spin it at low speed this is on a NX cassette. Maybe worth a look and this has happened on 2 different wheels using the same cassette.

I have a Scout comp 2019 and i did pick it up used via the Tri_Sport_Resort ebay page and knew it had a few chips but the paint is pretty poor, love the bike so may look into a respray at some point. From what i have read on the net is that you normally get some touch up page with Nukeproof bikes new shame mine didn’t come with any.

I’m booked in for this looking forward to it.

Anyone picked up the Ztto cassette for 12 speed and have a review on it? Or one of the other brands.

I presume the crash detection would be no good for mtb?

Had a go at the clutch and things seem to be back to normal but i will give it a ride tommorrow for a proper check, cheers for all the help.

Clutch seem like it could be the issue as when its off it does seem ok but when on it is loose in the smaller rings and tight in the bigger rings.
Will have a look into a clutch service.

This is the existing chain all had been working fine. A bit of back round is i have changed the cranks for SRAM NX (32t) to a set of Profile racing cranks (34t fsa chainring) the rest of the setup has stayed the same (SLX derailleur, NX cassette , GX chain and slx shifter all 12 speed). Now the chain is tight in the first few gears but really loose in the gears from then on.

I ordered a fox 36 airshaft and a few other little bits about 3 weeks ago all came within 3 days.

@Flaperon cheers have tried everything even showing specialized that settings but it still just stops after 45mins or so. It’s a shame as i really like the idea and it worked great on my s9 maybe i’ll just use that phone for riding.

I have an ANGI that worked great with my old phone (S9) but with my new phone (Xiaomi mi10) it seems to stop working at about 45 mins into a ride without any notification. I have spoke to specialized about this but they haven’t come back with anything yet.

Yep running NX cassette and SLX mech and shifter needs a little more fine tuning but it works.

Appltn the Southern enduro series is really chilled and the mashup even more so, you will have to do at least 2 runs of each stage but you don’t have to do them in any order. Best thing you can do is just have fun with each run. The stages won’t be massively challenging.

Picked up a Nukeproof scout comp in January from them and it stated around 500 miles use with a few paint chips (Nukeproof paint is awful for this). I got the bike for a bargain price especially now with covid tax but as for the 500 miles use I’d say it was about right and tbf to them the paint chips were all highlighted and the only issue I’ve had is I destroyed the rear wheel which is my own fault. The rest of the bike is going strong. Buy like anything second hand you’re never going to know the full history.

1 month ago i went form a Samsung S9 to a Xiaomi mi 10, 5.8 to 6.6 ish. It took a couple of days to get used too but it was the weight that has bothered me more although now a month on that isn’t a issue. Impressed by Xiaomi.

A lot of my riding is solo and got a Specialized Angi last year which gives the wife some peace of mind and for the most part it works really well although I have been having a few issues with my new phone. Well worth the money though.

Yep pretty straightforward like any subscription, i believe they give you a week trial aswell so may not need the debit card. You will need to setup a Nintendo account if you don’t have one already.

I have the geometric and can confirm they do not handle mud well and discolour easily, but it’s a comfortable saddle.
