n.b. Paceman – you seem to have side stepped the tough guy challenge somehow?

N.b.b. heard a rumour Coldean side not in the course this year – good for us Tim ;-)though Badgers may be back in – not so good!

    I think he is!

We are at present gazebo less at the moment – one lap it was there in all it’s splendor – the next it was a mangled wreck dumped 30 yards away in a field.

Any gazebo suggestions – won’t the the same without base camp!

    just gone rigid 29er ss.

got sick of buy buy buy.

you know what – it’s more fun, cheaper and makes you work harder.

Chunky monkey 2.4 is a thing of wonder up front.

    Join the revolution;-)

I actually cant come up with a single comment on this that doesn’t make me feel kind of ill and in need of a little nap!

could b. worried about the first hill/cliff. waiting to see what the course is. Oli Pepper recommended gears for solo riders unless you are some kind of hero.

I do a lot on e-bay mainly as a seller.

To get on your case so quickly is totally out of order.

Ok if you haven’t paid within a couple of days that’s another matter.

    Hope that helps.

why not ride a rigid 29er e.g genesis fortitude. all bases covered!

I suspect you are thinking about this way too much – that’s from someone who thinks about things way too much!

Move on – though the post is interesting in as much as you come at it from the opposite angle from nearly every rider I know – no we don’t want accidents, if someone is ill they get taken home etc etc, apart from that it’s work them over if you can.

Genesis Fortitude is very nice and good value second hand.

My view is is if your mates are having an off day you turn the crank that little bit harder and ask them if they are ok – you can see the hate in their eyes – nothing better than that IMO.

Normally this is what they do to me – sends me crazy.

Surely this dynamic goes on all the time!
