I grew up with a lab called sam we got from the pound… he was the best bike dog ever… he could run hard for near on 20 miles and was really good at stopping at roads and staying near the bikes… you do have to walk labs a lot thoough and watch their diet or they will be fat and useless…

I hate the scallies who rob bikes… the worst thing is that when they are caught, nothing happens to the little gits!

I would speak to all your local bike shops in the area and ask them to write a description and pin it on the staff notice board in the shop… they are normally happy to help with stolen bikes!

The law should be changed so that if you steal a bike, you get beaten with a stick or smthing…

its the crank arm length… i always have 175, but some companies have the shorter for small bikes and the bigger for med and large frame sizes… track bikes also have smaller ones to get the clearence!

problem is that you have to get an 'off the shelf' bike that one of the specified retailers sells… you can however always add some of your own money to the £1000 voucher… i think a proper road bike would be sweet… can get a carbon bike with 105 from wiggle for a 1000 squids

Try pulling the lever and then strapping it back with a toe strap or a tie of some sort. you then leave it like that overnight. the theory of pressure means that the air will float to the top of the resivoir… you can then take the cap off and top the fluid all the way up. you then put the cap back on, when doing this it should be so full that some fluid leaksout… you then have a fully bled syslem.

i think it would look really good with odd crank arms, but it is the drive side with the problem…i can keep the rings as spares but so far that is the only positive i think..

I love the crumpler bags. They are quite expensive, but i find the Currier style bags to be great when cycling, they also pack in heaps of clothes and do not crumple them up

Hello, you have to make sure that you don’t put more pressure in the negative than the positive. you can lose travel otherwise. cross country riders like around 15 % sag and down hill freeride like closer to 25%, if you want to have fast rebound, you probably will want about 20% as not to get a rapid top out after bumps…

Yeah, I love the look of the meta 5… I think that I just get confused by the huge range of reviews bikes seem to receive.
