genesis are owned by madison. they are the uk importers for shimano and lots of other brands. they are big players in the industry and can spec the best shimano parts for the money as they can buy it cheapest. genesis bikes are very good quality…

depends on condition… if its been pimped with nice parts it could grab £600 but if its rundown it may only be good for £350

could do a sort of osso bucco recipe… flour the birds and fry, then cook with stock, onions, nice quality olives, squeeze of orange juice and zest, and a little fennel…nom nom nom…
    mushroom risotto sounds good though…
or maybe wrap in prochuto or parma ham and flavour with sage or rosemary…ohh yeah…

there are bad drivers, bad walkers and bad riders, usually if your bad at one your bad at them all… i don't care what people do , but i just wish they would be decisive and do it well!

I was told that the army stopped using wooden chopping boards due to the riscs and started using plastic. they then found that these were worse for bacteria forming in the cuts and knife marks. they then went back to the wooden type. all you do is every now and then, scrape the board with a knife or wire brush the spoon… if you want to be really clean, you then wet said wooden item with metho and burn it off…

    might be totall sh!t though… i do it anyhow…

enjoy your dx lights spock, they are good value and performance for the price… but they are not amazing, they dont like water and can break down like anything else… there are much better quality and brighter and lighter lights available… eg trout lights

Im afraid that most bike crims come from london as there are soo many more bikes… and its sad to think that your loved machine can be nicked and more often than not is sold for £50 in the local dodgey pub…

chase down aa roadie… pull a wheelie past them then pretend like you need to take a left turn… gold… only beaten by being overtaken by a long line of cars giving you no room, only to fly past them in a traffic jam further up the road…

    muahahahahahahhahaha…

Maybe check out decathlon, they have some well priced stuff… otherwise, most retailers will price match, so you could google some bikes you may be interested in and find the best price… Is she tall enough to ride a gents bike?

yeah… you should try riding in south australia… i got bitten by one of these mofo's they are called hopper ants and have a sting and a bite that really hurts like mad… and when there is one on you, there is probably another 5 or 6 crawling up your trouser leg… geez…
