    My update.
Pretty much nearly a year now since infection of campylobacter.Started to feel better around January for a month then rough again, not as bad as it was though. Its definitely done something to my insides,i now wake up every morning around 3am feeling a bit sick, burping, farting ect.Dont really go back to sleep, been waiting for a scan at hospital for months and it’s finally been arranged for end of April.Doctors think ulcer so on lanzoprazole for the mean time.Still able to function I.e work, sports ect but just more knackered due to sleep pattern being messed up so not major bad.Just wish docs had seen me sooner to put me on antibiotics to get rid of infection back in May then maybe wouldn’t have these symptoms now.But who knows.

Sorry another kraken website query, after going through the verification stuff I’m now just wanting to make a deposit. It doesn’t offer any way of depositing by debit card, only via bacs and getting in touch with my bank.Is there a easier way to deposit money into my account or should I use Coinbase.Ive never transferred money via bacs so a little confused about wether this is normal for crypto currency trading

I just got a bit concerned when the site asked me to upload a ID photo,is that normal?Im only thinking of investing 500 pounds so is kraken better than coin base for this.

Does anyone use kraken for crypto trading.Ive just signed up and now got to the verify stage. It wants my address and photo of ID.Website seems to run slow on my iPad too.Just wondering if this is normal and if it’s a good company to use.thanks

Has anyone got any tips, thoughts on cardano as a currency to take a bit of a gamble on was thinking about 500$ so not world ending if goes to pot.
Also how the hell do I go about buying an it,as it seems well confusing to me as a complete begginer at this.I have a hl account but don’t think I can buy it through them.
    Cheers

Loads of good advice, quite a bit to take in too.Im in two minds now wether to open a stocks and share Isa or invest straight into a fund like one of the artemis ones.Ive got around 8 grand(I know that’s quite a small amount when it comes to shares) to put in that I wouldn’t be too devastated if things went txts up.Is a stocks and share Isa a more suitable starting point. And what is the difference between the two other than the tax break you get,and 20000 limit you have with the Isa.
Also I was looking at buying a bit into Nio.inc
Kandi (pretty much a penny stock I think)
Both E vehicle manufacturers,so any tips on this?
    Cheers

Cheers everyone for the advice,I am planning on investing more soon but yesterday just thought I’d try it out with the 300quid.I can’t seem to find a simple price list for the trading on the hl website. Is it 11.95 every trade regardless of amount of money,if so it sounds like I need to trade at least 1000 pound eàch time to make it worth it.?
    Cheers

Obviously just getting off on people’s responses and enjoying the fact that his account got barred.Probably showing off to his Facebook flat earth pals about it.Indulge him and just keep banning his account every time,as he’s just a another one who believes in illuminati shxt.Loads of conspiracy theorys out there now, bored of hearing about them.

Thanks for all the advice, was pretty taken back when first heard I might now have a ulcer but after a bit of reading on net and these replies it seems like it can heal.Really pissed that I didn’t pressure my doctor sooner to get more tests, but that’s hindsight.Ive made a appointment with a nutritionist for Monday so tháts a start and hopefully In new year I can get to hospital for a proper scan.
    Massive thanks for the replies.

    Once again cheers for replys.
Spoke to gp again earlier, basically she said that I should take the lanzoprazole when needed,so when I said that I have been taking it daily for over a week as the prescription said with no improvement she gave a big sigh, then said she thinks I might have a duodenal ulcer, but can’t send me for a scan until covid vaccine kicks in at the hospital, said possibly in new year.So basically carry on with tablets, and do my own research with diet, probiotics ect.Hopefully things improve pretty soon.Cheers👍

Well I’ve got a doctor appointment this morning (just telephone appointment) so I’ll ask about possible intolerance issues and see about more tests.I was just a bit pissed off when I went to pick up my prescription for lanzoprazole and it was a two month one,as I don’t want to feel like this for that long before more tests. Its mainly bloating and stomach cramps that I’m getting and a lack of energy. Also feeling a little spaced out at work some days but reckon that’s to do with sleep.I had no idea where I picked the infection up,and probably should have pressured gp to get tests done sooner back when I first had it.Alchohol definitely seems to make it worse so looking like a tea total Xmas.
    Thanks for the replys

Shia lebouf(meant to be good actor I think)!Properly annoys me and I know he’s been in some s..t stuff but it’s him generally that bugs me,I think Constantine is the only film I’ve managed to watch with him in.That film starred the great Keanu.

Cheers for advice, probably will give it a go as 20 minute push up doesn’t sound too bad.Five runs and we’ll be happy anyway I reckon.

Laying old imperial bricks can be around 80p each, then for brick on edge a extra 4pound per linear metre so a extra 100 pounds on top.Easy enough to work out, using that as a guideline, that is assuming pretty straight forward no cleaning of old brick offs ect.
Again that’s just a rough guide.

Been finale a few times, and once with girlfriend and her mate who both novice riders.they loved it,I used free ride finale when they had a day off the bikes as could do more techy stuff. But when riding with them used fabrizio at mtbitaly.eu as he just catered a full day of riding[nato base to beach)to our needs so nothing mental just nice single track all day with a guide.Think it was around 180 euros between 3 of us for all day with one uplift.

Cheers for advice, like I said I won’t be risking much probably just a couple of hundred quid at first and see if I get the jist of it.

One holiday we had five days in Maspalomas which I enjoyed then five days in a mountain village called tejeda which was stunning place we went in February and had good weather, stunning village and remember seeing lots of road bikers around, quiet place with few shops and a good restaurant or two.Loads of hiking around there as well, about 2hrs from airport.

Thanks for replying, very helpful too.The bathroom window is left wide open 24/7,I am fairly certain it is from the rain water passing through the exterior wall as all damp and mould is just on that one area, all other rooms are good, but as soon as it stops raining I do need to have another look. This one wall is directly above neighbors off shot kitchen and rain just batters the side of it.
    Cheers again for advice👍

Happened to me every time I’ve set mine up.Extra piece of tape over top of valve hole and then nip it down with pliers but not too tight worked for me,but I’ve not done it loads of times.

A while ago I had back pain for around 3 years on and off,it wasn’t too bad just a really dull ache.Anyway I met a newly qualified osteopath in the pub through a mate who had just set up his own practice.I had one session with him which he asked loads of questions then massage then at the end manipulation(cracking my back)technique, two days later I had severe sciatica which lasted 3 months due to slipped disc. And four years on my back still flares up in pain more than it did before that appointment.I may be wrong and I did feel bad about it but I blamed him for causing my slipped disc so I wouldn’t see a chiropractor or osteopath again.

Thanks for the posts!Seems like we will be okay getting train then,as we’re not the most organised of lads no doubt we will manage to make it stressful though😉

Any more advice on tickets for train as I was going to book them now but would be easier if could just pay on train.

    cheers again

Thanks once again for the info.Having a line to follow with turn notifications is all I really need,so will cheaper Garmin’s do this as long as I upload a gpx file of the route(if I can find one for some finale routes)?

Thanks for the advice,I do want to get one soon but just no idea which one to get.I was offered a Garmin Edge 500 for 50quid but then read some reviews saying it wasn’t great for navigating.

No trail centres near Sheffield.Loads of routes in Peak District though ranging from two hour to five hour routes.Pick up dark peak mtb guide from go outdoors near je James cycles or print a route off net..Kinder circuit is a good one.

Been a few times in last two years and always hired a car, recently been using centauro car hire and been hassle free and cheap, and no waiting around for ages to collect car.To make it cheaper we buy our own excess insurance from direct car excess for 40 pound a year instead of paying a fortune for the car hire companies own excess.

Giant reign for 2500 quid,is a great bike I bought one as just loved the way it felt when I test rode it.Geometry is bang on,I use mine for 20-30 km route round peak district and it climbs as well as my old xc bike.
