Looks exactly like the hanger on my Stiffee. The Stiffee’s with 3 bolt hangars are pre 2006 I believe .

Received a wheel this morning, perfectly true, quality seems top notch, and they even lined up the valve hole with the logo on the hub! :-)

If it has what look like headset cups built into the frame, it's probably a 45° / 45° headset. So most of these should fit.

    A BMX headset should fit.

Mine seems to work fine, having another go at setting up your gears might help.

Mine was an Orbit MX but I can imagine the compression ring is the same for all, especially as the Xtreme Pro still has sealed cartridge bearings.

Edit: If you'd like it, send me an e-mail with your address and I'll send it today. My e-mail address is on my profile.

    Does it look like this?

If so I have one you can have as my Orbit just died.

I had some but after one low speed crash, the metal lock on ring snapped out from inside of the plastic of the grip, so the grip wasn't attached at all to the bars, and it just spun freely.

Also, even before they were broken, if I did something relatively big on them, they tended to rotate on landing, only slightly, but it was scary enough, this was because the screws really didn't allow enough tightening to stop this.

I find also, that they do seem to work better at low pressures, as all the lugs make contact and they seem very grippy. This does however, make them quite draggy.

I run them at 30-35 psi with tubes, and they seem to do nicely, but that said I do only weigh about 50-55 kilos.

I'm running one on the front, seems good, but can sometimes wash out, on the whole though in deep soil and rocks they seem to do well.

OK, why don't walkers / fell runners wear helmets then?
By my reckoning, they are just as in danger as an XC rider.

Because they exceed 20mph downhill weaving through trees?

I don't see what XC riding and walking and running has in common?

Edit: That would warrant a helmet anyway.

Well, the Arctic Ocean melts every Summer, and glaciers, so it would have to be several hundred feet of ice.

According to my calculations it would need to be very big.

I let 3 off in Telford earlier, hoping to get some UFO sightings! Also, you can just let them off in the street, because as long as it is full of enough hot air, and there isn't too much wind, it goes straight up, and surprisingly quickly!

Cold and very, very wet and muddy, and in one part the mud is as gloopy as custard. Great fun though!

Hey, me and my brother may be interested in joining you, do you know how long (distance) the ride is?

Can you e-mail me back please? My e-mail is in my profile.

The stem is about 1mm above the steerer. I fitted a new headset yesterday too, which didn't solve the problem either.

    DannyLeigh

I have tried that and it seems to have little or no effect. Could it be solved if I hammered the SFN in further?

I forgot to say also, the thready bits now have o-rings, which come on the pump adaptors anyway, these pictures were taken after I threaded them again and I put them on again after.
