I did full on Atkins and the weight fell off me.

It sounds great gorging on meat and eggs and it is to begin with. I was having curries and chilis (with grated cauliflower instead of rice) as well as omelettes, steaks and all sorts of stuff.

Got bored though and put it back on. All of it.

I swapped my RP2 for a coil Van R .

Difference was night and day for my 99KG.

RP2 could be set nicely to sag (static) but put any weight over it and it would wallow and sink. Now I think that could have been fixed with a tune by Mojo but Coil was instant win and cost just as much for a good SH one

I run a 650lb spring. I never turned the PP on on the old one anyway so havnt missed it

I find HRs quite sluggish, but love the feel of them. Minions roll better but maybe come up a bit smaller for the 2.3?

I love advantages on the back, but they dont feel very good on the front for me

nb went out today with a Rubber queen front. Really liking this tyre – blows up big for a 2.2 but seems sturdy enough at about 25psi and performed ok in the wet

did some cycling in the mud for a few hours in the Forest of Dean.

It was nailing it down with rain for a lot of it, and I was swearing at roots a lot but had a lot of fun.

really chuffed as well as I had my first Wild boar encounter. It was standing in the trail about half-way along the fodca trail and only ran off at the last minute. Big beasts up close – awesome 🙂

I had a test drive and parked back up on my drive.

Got off the bike, but Forgot I was clipped in. Toppled off while shouting S**T..Banged my head on neighbour’s wall and scraped my face. Looked up and she was just staring at me with a stunned look on her face.

I have lots of fallings off at low speed (sideways, even on my back still clipped in)

Had one proper scary moment. Was trackstanding waiting to turn right. I lost my balance, but couldnt unclip to get a foot down. What stopped my toppling in front of the oncoming car was absolute luck and it scared the crap out of me

looks like you are going to have to give me that frame, which would suit my shorter forks nicely. Was going to buy one myself, but my freezer just blew up 🙁
