    I’ve got one of these,

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28862

It doesn’t need any fixings, but is still nice an solid, admittedly it’s a bit pricey but as it is over my bed I wanted a good quality one as I didn’t want to be rudely awoken by a bike to the face, here’s some pics to give you an idea of the space it takes it up

    Hope this helps

gsp1984, I had continental gravity on when I arrived here but the front kept washing out so I’ve got some maxxis high rollers on it now 2.35’s, super tacky on the front and 60a on the back, seems to work well

Mk1fan, mont chery side is open, but most people seem to sticking to the les chavannes side of les gets

I_ache, we paid about £100 each for the chalet, about £70 each for the euro tunnel €70 in tolls (per car)on the French roads!!!!!!! And the spending money after that not sure about bike hire costs, and you could always fly down here, there’s a few ways of doing it!

Weeksy- Seen a few HT’s so far, TBH I’m trying to stay well within my own limits of skill, I’ve not been here before and I really wanna last all week without a trip to hospital, I think as long as you stick to your limits you can ride anything within reason seen a few XC bikes an I’m on an orange five but I’m still havin a great time!!!!

Igm you are correct, we’re staying in morzine but we explored down to les gets today, I love the trail straight down from here had me grinning all the way, there is potential for thunderstorms midweek but hopefully the trails will stay open, we checked the forecast when we arrived this morning and decided to get straight out, incase today was the only good day!

What’s this Audi thing all about, if your judging someone by what they drive/ride then you’d probably hate me,

    Audi -check
    Orange FIve – check
    Orange P7 – check

I ride because I love riding, even if all I could afford was a cheap halfords bike I’d still ride, why be a hater just because some people worked had to afford nice cars/bikes, and the whole thing I hear about people only buyin them so they can boast there bike is uk built(even though some aren’t), I like to think its people wanting to support the British economy rather than sending our hard earned pounds overseas, I think orange bikes are awesome, I’ve never ridden anything as much fun as my five!

I took the Mrs for her birthday last year, she really liked I’d, even if she did do most with her closed. I found it a bit tame to be honest, might be something to do with the fact I used to climb alot and heights don’t really phase me, still good fun though, if its a first time you’ve done anything like it you should really enjoy it,

Allen Carr worked for me, I stopped four weeks ago, went from 20 a day for 10 years to nothing just by listening to a £7ish pound audio book, I’ve been surprised how easy i have found it, I would almost say I have enjoyed quitting, there’s a good bit in the book where he says if he could put you in your body three weeks after quitting thats all he would need to do, i feel like my lungs have grown, i have more energy, more money, and her indoors say the bedroom antics have improved, my only regret is not doing it sooner. good luck with it, it a great feeling when someone offers you a ciggie and you can say “no thanks i quit”

Being a member of the forces, I don’t have a bad word to say about landys, my unit have had the same 4 landys in Afghanistan since 2007 with very limited servicing and they are all still going strong today, it doesn’t seem to matter what we throw at them, they just take it. For getting around in rough conditions I don’t think there’s many things out there that can beat them, but for comfort, I’d keep looking around a bit
