Frame ordered and in processing so shouldn’t be long now before I join the 2017 new-build club. :-)

A decent mechanic is what you need IMO :-)

This ^^ and sintered pads in your brakes.

Have you got the little washer fitted between the free hub body and bearing?

I’m with Rob2, no wobble. I have wide lightnings and carbonators and have swapped axles and rebuilt several times. I hand tighten the inner nut until no play then tighten the outer nut against it. My wheels spin forever so I know this way works.

The P7 is something I hadn’t spotted. Ticks all the boxes too. Does anyone know the frame weight?

@chiefgrooveguru, thanks for the review. Thanks for the review, that sounds like everything I need. Like the stealth black too. My sweeps are white though so not sure if the black frame is the way to go.

@newrobdob, see Ecky-Thump. He’s 100% right. The routing on the Stanton looks a bit tight around the headtube too. The Bird is getting a lead in this race!

Looked at the BFe but through axle frames are out of stock. I like the idea of steel though which is why the switchback is tempting.

Thanks for the PSA. I needed some 3D pro’s so perfect for me. :-)

I don’t know. It’s back on charge so when it has enough juice to power up, I’ll check. Thanks for the suggestion.

I bought wheels from Winstanleys and as above got them fast and with a mega discount. Would use them again.

I shipped a FS frame with shock to Holland by UPS. Full tracking and no issues. Buyer paid UPS charges but I can’t remember how much it was.

Yes, I’m old! I still love the song though.

If the Germans had gone behind against Iceland in a knock out game you can be sure that the players on the pitch wouldn’t of gone into their shells like England did , they would of organised taken control and won .

This is what I was thinking last night watching the headless chickens in England kit. I think a quality manager and more importantly, a good captain to ORGANISE the rabble when there is a set back would go a long way.

Coldplay doing the pyramid headline act slot proud. Classy touch with the Viola Beach segment too.

They are built now though so just running costs to find. Like any facility they will have to work out their overheads and charge the appropriate entrance fee to users to cover those overheads if there are no grants available. If it’s a great place to ride then it will be well supported. I have never been to BPW but ride Dalby and llandgegla which I assume are the same type of facility.

Churches and Lumineers best for me so far but I haven’t watched it all. Liked the French woman too, Christine and the queens?

Adele headlining Glastonbury seems wrong to me. I don’t like her stuff but that’s not the basis for my comment. I just expect a global band to be on the pyramid on the Saturday night.

    Exactly.

And how arrogant the minority are.

Thanks DK. I think I will see if he can arrange a bank transfer rather than card payment. As you say if he has to use his card paypal will be easiest. The other options seem too complicated. I want the sale but only if I know the payment will stick.

You can get a fitting kit for thule or whispbar for frameless doors. I have roof bars fitted to my A5 which is frameless. I got mine from roofbox as link above.

    I use these.

You fit a plug into the bottom of the steerer and the mudguard can be clipped on when you need it and removed when you don’t. Loads of clearance so never clogs and keeps all the spray off your face. They do a rear and that works well, keeping you dry.

Like you I couldn’t be bothered with cutting and cable tieing a mudhugger to either front or back and the amount of clearance looked like it could be an issue with big tyres and boggy trails.

Bontrager, you barstewards! How can they put on 3 rim stickers!! No hope of lining the tyres up. I’d have to de-sticker the rims

That’s what I did to mine, just the white ones. Makes em more stealthy.
    That’s a good looking 5 Mosey.

At work the management have started “reaching out” to us instead of contacting us as they used to do. As in ” Your line manager will reach out to you to discuss these changes with you”. I can’t tell the difference but I’m sure it feels better for them. We are a UK company not American.

I have a Kinesis FF29 which is a great XC bike. Currently set up with 27.5 wheels but will take 29’s as well. The 120mm Trace fork is a perfect match. Frames are around £400 online.

I think VM do their version of Sky go. Why not set that up? We have Sky and I set up a Sky Go account for free and the kids can watch on their laptops or stream channels to their TV’s. Much easier than extra boxes and wires etc.

Which version of WIDI are you using. I’ll download the same and re-install W10.
