Not a solicitor, however just had something similiar with a neigbour who was being an arse.
Situation is the owner of the land is the subserviant party and the owner of the rights is the dominant party and as such has the upper hand (as the name implies)
So without express permission from the dominant party no changes are allowed to be made and as the solicitor said the first thing you should ask as dominant party is
“How much you willing to pay for the changes”
With both of you owning one half it makes changes mutual.
However knowing the law now I’d’consider selling him your half of the “moved path” which you have but in best place, then you will be the dominant party for the entire length of the path and changes in the future are in your control.

6 spesh tyres in use for my bikes no problems, seat one side first by puttin a tube in and then taking out, other side pops across no problems.

I wouldnt not with 2 small kids, the trails there are very different to other alpine areas with some nice easy routes having biking bans on for summer. Just to clarify I visit there often as I have a daughter who lives there.
It is a fairly serious place and the weather is not always as good as other areas.
Me I’d head somewhere else until they are 5 to 6 years older.

Yes I They are wound right in to 2 or 3 notches of max, I run them at high pressure as well 230 PSI about 35 over body weight.

It will make a nice bike, I bought a 2010 and built it with Rock shox Revelation XX XLocs. Mind I did only pay £250 from friend only ridden a few times as he decided to strip it and put the bits on a 29er frame.
I love the Triad for me the best set up on a rear shock.

That 200 yds from the Bridge Inn to the Dales Bike Centre is a bit short for half a mile. Grinton Lodge YHA is indeed a good spot but it’s a b..tard climb after to much beer. Cold on a windy day also, good for rides though.

OK its a 1/4 of a mile to the Dales Centre from the pub but it is indeed over 2 miles back to the Hostel from the pub, however it is only 1/2 a mile to the pub from the Hostel.
Weird ?

Edit:- BTW The Bridge inn is a very nice pub, unless you are a low life 😉

Fully recommend Grinton Lodge YHA it has Pods, rooms and food oh and beer. A pub, the bridge inn, 1/2 a mile down the road and 1/2 a mile further on the Dales bike centre.
Our club just spent the weekend there 40 catered for no problem.
Oh and I parked my VW Van in the car park for free and used the washing/shower facilities.

Buy a decent full size one and put a belt around it to stop them disappearing last for years.

On a road bike, it was faster than an MTB 🙂

Cassette is an Ultegra 12-30 which gives some really superb gear ratios

Nope I was right the crown doesnt move, it stays firmly attached to the steerer and only rotates.

Now the bridge and lower legs do move.

Well if it fits in and the wheel rotates then as the crown doesnt move you wont die.

I just put a 9 speed chainset a 9 speed front mech with 10 speed cassette, rear mech and chain.
It works.
Cant see why a 9 speed mech wouldnt work with a 10 speed chain and chainset

It happens as I said, I’ve come off in some stupid places that I’ve ridden 1000s of times. Twice I’ve face planted and got away with scrapes but not sure a full face for XC is the answer, I think you were on that occasion just unlucky.

Why ? Is you really ugly ?

I hit the floor just over 2 weeks ago and shattered my jaw in 3 places, so permanently titanium plated jaw(

It happens my eldest decked it in Barcelona a few years ago and now has a Ti plate in her wrist, there is nothing you can do to protect against that and the chances of it happening again are less than winning the lottery so just buy a really good helmet.

Why dont you get say a large self erecting tent to put over it till….
