i had them post a leaflet through my door this year. opened the door to give the rubbish bacck as I did not want it in my bin even. found the brave candidate had employed the services of his 6-8 year daughter while he bravely stood at the end of the close to avoid any conflict as i had a go at him the previous year for putting his filth through my door. cowards was missed of the list above.

I have emailed you some routes from Nettlebed. Another route from fingest which is a killer from the rough ride book. It can be split up easily into managable chunks but if you want to ache the next day have a go whole.I am of course going on my own lack of fitness. I would love to come along but weekends are for the family do most of my riding mid week lookout and chilterns.

A big slap on the back for doing this very brave you will never please everybody.

When bikes get to light the parts cost a kings ransome they become unreliable and need constant repairing which costs more money its a balance between weight reliability and fitness

routine is best ride a particular day mid week seems to work best as weekends are family time sometimes negotiate one sunday a month. what you do on a regular basis gets combined into the pattern of the house hold and they how the house hold works.weekends away or events get in the diary at the earliest opertunity. plenty of time to plan around it.

You will get used to it. just dont wear your dark mountain bike clothes bright colours to be seen. I had mine 2 1/2 weeks t boned from a car written off may look a bit to roady but think can I be seen. I will crawl back in my hole now.

Enjoy and stick with the big ring it pays in the end.

I got hit by a car last year I was wearing my helmet. which saved a nasty injury. My head went through the windscreen as I had my lid on no injury at all to my head. The helmet is cracked in half and scuffed from glass. i never understand thise that spend thousand on a bike and cant be botherd with a lid trees and ground are harder than skin and bone when hit with force. keep your head wear a lid.
