it’ll be comming from pedal on so I get the podium points… negates most discounts and they are just up the road for any issues. I guess its all about asthetics ‘v’ upgrades at the end of the day

When night fishing on hasla wall (portsmouth) a bloke who was fishing a hundred yards or so away came over for a chat. As we stand there gassing I look over to where he was set up and there were 3 sets of eyes over his gear…. Foxes took off with most of his bait and all of his catch. He wasnt impressed! I on the otherhand nearly pi$$ed myself laughing once he’d gone….

As argoos said. Sorry that some of you have the crappy postmen. Most of us (posties) try and do the job properly. However the level of training for the new starters is nil. They are litterally given a badge and a bag and told off you go. Which sucks. And yes there are a proportion of the rest who dont give a flying f***. Some of us do tho and its nice that some of you think your postie rocks. 8)
If however they are a serious problem go down to the sorting office and talk to the delivery office manager (DOM). I wouldnt bother with customer services cos complaints can take months to filter through

Having had an impact fracture of one knee and a torn cartilage in the other I know what its like. For me most rides over 3hrs are a problem. Go to the quack, explain exactly what has happened and most likely they will tell you that you should stop cycling, walking, running, movement of any kind. Then once you have left feeling slightly pi$$ed off find a good sports physio (yes it’ll cost) and they should be able to sort it out. Things you can do are excersizes to strengthen the muscles round the knee, I think there was something in a recent issue of ST. Plus the usual rest, ice etc…. hope this helps a little
