9 speed mech will run a 10 speed cassette with 10 speed shifters
If everything else is 9 speed a 10 speed cassette will not work

CCTV seems a good option. Presume you'll need signs up informing all 'customers' that there is CCTV operating and who operates it etc.

TBH the tester is doing his job, alerting whoever to the fact that they don't believe that the car will get though (average mileage) to the next MOT.

I thought that was the case too, but the quote from the direct gov suggests otherwise:
You’ll also be given an Advisory Notice for any recommended repairs for the vehicle at the time of the test.

seen some reviews that suggest the everlight is not as good as 2 tesco's torches. Surely that can't be true is it?

The theory is they should only get an interview if they meet the minimum requirements. It should avoid the local Manager removing them from the job at first sift based on any prejudice they might have.

No, the PS3 has it's own operating system different from Windows, MAC etc so you won't get a virus.

Depends on a lot of factors.
I would get a tax accountant to do it for you. For £150ish they will almost certainly save you more than that in tax.

    Sorry, just seen non-LVRC, apologies.
You'll need a silver or gold for a full racing licence.
    Bronze for provisional racing licence.
    http://new.britishcycling.org.uk/membership/article/mem–Membership—the-full-details-0
The type of licence will depend on the race,
I would ring BC member services and see what dealds are on at the moment, they may do something just for the period you want to race and can advise on membership level

I thought LVRC races were under a different gov body, so presume you'll need an LVRC licence as opposed to a BC licence.
Check though, I might be making this up.
