if your a bit lairy or getting there get a maxle…its expensive afterwards(600 plus wheel cost) those brakes are too racy for you,m4 or v2(prob overkill!)im 14.5stone and the race brakes do struggle pulling me up

ask for coloured hubs/stem/qr's orange will do it for nowt…discos very cool,ive got a white one but in a year or two it wont be so cool…if you want to see lots of colours try and get to a demo day…as you'll see about 8-10 colors…

ive got a great seamaster america cup edition..black face crono.i love it although the servicing is dear(£300)….but only every other year so not bad…never leaves my wrist.

just scratched it recently so thatll cost im guessing…i use toothpaste to clean it…brings it up right shiny!

yep i agree with most of the above…to add to the bike chain i would say pick all the local shops and mystery shop them if you can,then all the wrong things they do,do the opposite! it works a treat for me…

ive got a newish van…but then i try and offer great service advice and make an honest living(and it seems to work) plus i can write off more vat on a new van/and pay a little less tax..

i had a job packing them when at college….you were allowed to eat as many as you wanted off the production line…i realised why after a while.i spent my first lunch hour throwing up after eating my body weight of them…

it took about 2 years to pass until i ate another one!

set google alerts for the bike…i found 2 things that had been scammed off the shop that way..usually end up on ebay.and email the local orange dealers also as they can rock up in a shop…

😆 we're great! or so a lot of customers tell us…..but your welcome also to try the internet co's…..it often reinforces what we do and stimulates a bit of loyalty..

ha ha! good luck with standardisation……everything we stock needs at least 4 variants…every year some manu comes up with a different bb/headset/disc braker that needs a new tool,different stock,different colours etc..

all the companies dont do anything standard…some brands just change the shape of the hanger yearly(cos they can!) im the same,must have over a £1k of hangers in stock and not the right one when asked!

weve sold over 200 fives and not had one snap or crack…ive dealt with a couple of warranty issues (2 to be precise) and orange were very prompt and didnt quibble at all…
