Think I saw it on Pinkbike.

Close, found some trails that look like it, but not the video.

The shot was one of the whole trail showing the berms from top to bottom, then it panned to a trail name sign and then this guy started riding and he was highsiding the berms wall of death style. Looked ace, and I want to see it again. Why did I not bookmark it!

So I’m not a loser with no savings. I’m just de-leveraging!

What does “consumers are still de-leveraging” mean?

Not much to choose between the BG Comps I have and the M077s I had in terms of fit.

Going to get the M162s next because I fancy something racy, but hard wearing. The BGs are more XCey for me.

Nukeproof here too. Decides against the POCs due to price.

Missus cycled into the canal once. I fearlessly told her to dive back in and get the bike out or else. This is my most recent act of bravery.

Woman who helped her out of the canal wasn’t happy about the order though.

Spent most of my life until moving to the UK in or around the sea and have had to jump in after an inebriated friend several times so would jump in no problem. Water here is bloody freezing though.

But only when in the drops, in my experience.

Why would you not be in the drops on a fast descent in the wet?

The problem with road riding for me is keeping it fresh. Repeating the same routes over and over on the club runs week after week gets old fast. So much so that I elected to stay at home on Saturday and then shamed myself into going out solo after the missus went out leaving me. Don’t seem to have the same problem on the MTB.

OP, if it’s only a 6 mile commute then I’d do up the Carrera. Maybe even convert to single speed if possible to keep maintenance low. Get slicks to make the commute faster. Could probably use your MTB kit for the commute and investigate the shower facilities at work first.

As for flats, I used mine with a pair of Wellgos the bike came with for the first two years before swapping to Eggbeaters first and SPD-SLs later. Wished I’d done it sooner afterwards even with all the gentle fall-overs, and the saddle to coccyx interfaces using SPD-SLs without realising they were one sided entry only!

If you’re messing with The Darkseid then you’re in big trouble.

Check your derailleur adjustment. Had a problem with this on the same bike myself. Assuming you’re using X9 transmission?

Mate is doing it. He runs and is a good runner (set a sub 40 in an off-road 10k last time I ran with him), but doesn’t ride at all.

If you see a short ginger man who has not come to terms with his thinning mop then say hi to him from me.

@tazzymtb, I need to sell some flat bars.

I want something that says “classy, but practical”. Can you work with the brief?

    When was this?

Beats are a bit heavy for a Saturday afternoon for me. Nice camerawork.

I’ll make a Paypal donation if my stuff sells then. Any men or women want to volunteer to be exploited for my financial gain?

I am an equal opportunities offender and terms of employment will be equally bad regardless of your age, sex and religion if that sets your mind at ease.

Does this mean it is only ok to use pictures of women if I am trying to sell stuff? I have some stuff I need to sell soon.

Up is fun sometimes, but down is more fun. Sometimes there is no ground under you, which is the most fun.

When there is no ground under you, you can turn the things you hold to the left or right and it looks cool. If you’re really good you can turn the back left or right too and it makes your balls look big.

There are some men who only ride on roads with no rocks or jumps. These are men who only make love to other men.

Put a note up asking if it had been seen and some good Samaritan got in touch with my goods!

Means I can get my workout done today.

My faith in humanity is restored…for now!

I’ve got spare clothes in my desk. However, no shoes. Wouldn’t be overly cut up about losing the clothes, but the shoes. Damn, that’s some cold thieving man. Are things to bad that you’d resort to stealing another man’s trainers?

Checked lockers, but no dice. They were a nice pair of shoes. Old, but still had a few years of gym/Wattbike use in them easy.

Very disappointing sale- also I now can’t get to view order history- keeps going back to same page
Have returned a crankset and waiting refund confirmation

Try clearing your cookies and logging in. Worked for me.

Worth a punt then? Do you own these?

Got some decent wheelbags already, but have had my eye on the Evocs for a while now. Mate had one on a trip abroad and the difference between his and mine (a borrowed one from a mate which was basically a large, padded canvas bag with zips) was night and day.

Mind you, he had to return his when the stitching broke!

You get an e-mail, but I think access is restricted by invite somehow. Have verified and even reset my password but cannot log in to the site.

Anyone feel like checking the price of an Evoc Bike Bag if they can get in and let me know please?

Best bet is get a mate with a season ticket to apply for a ticket well in advance of when you need to go.

Or get on the club website and check when they go on General Sale and hope.

Shit. Lad I’m going riding with is not allowed to buy one due to his missus not allowing it.

Apparently it will make him look like a gimp.

Rather a live gimp than a dead Adonis.

Things I have bought from Superstar:
    – Rim tape. Cheaper than Stans. Does the job.
    – Tubeless valves. Cheaper than Stans. Does the job.
    – Grips. No problems. Great price.
    – Pedals. Not for me (real bikers ride clipped in). The fake bikers I got them for love them.
    – Brake pads. Sintered are great. Price is excellent.

Next wheelset for the road bike will probably be from them too.

Delivery has always been spot on.

Didn’t get Haribo once. Sucked it up because I am a real biker.

Forgot to say I’ve got knee and elbow pads sorted already.

Sounds like people are saying I should be ok with a trail lid, but should probably get the full face if I can afford the monies? Am I reading you right?

How big are the biggest drops? Any huck to flat type jobs? I can’t be having with that.

Also, I ride clipped in. Will I die?

Pearl Izumi Elite and Select softshells. Obviously not at the same time.

Also have a Mavic Rainride thingo for the showers.

All excellent pieces of kit, but the softshells have made riding in the winter something I enjoy opposed to endure.
