Yes, it is a great browser.

Used it and don’t think it made any difference but kind of hard to compare. You are supposed to use it at the first sign of a cold, or so they say.

Well mine is now set up as a triple with midge bars and bar end shifters, it all came together first time, a rare occurence for me. Just the brakes to sort and ready to roll 🙂

Spooky I’m just finishing a build, still pondering whether to run it with a single or triple chain ring. Might start with the single and see what happens. 2013 frames due in at the end of october. I had real trouble sourcing a frame and forks but eventually ebay turned up a brand new one that had been part built but never ridden.

speaking as a dog owner I would welcome this

To be honest, I really feel that these days there should be some sort of competency test to possess a dog.

and would also apply it to having children.

My wife rides a very small framed trek mtb and proportion wise it looks like a standard 29er. I often think she would have been better off on a 24″ bike and have offered to build her one many times but for the amount of riding she does the 26″ is fine, according to her, so I haven’t pushed it at all.

The car is in very good condition with no significant blemishes including all 4 wheels.

Does that mean I get all 4 wheels with the car or all four wheels don’t have significant blemishes 🙂

Foot slippage in the wet resulting in a family jewels / stem interface led me to only ride the ss I had at the time in spds 🙂

I had sciatic issues, went to the GP who referred me to the physio who gave me stretches to do, did them religiously as detailed, result, **** all difference. Got 2 sessions of accupuncture for a total of £60 and that was it sorted and have had no issues in over a year.

Will also add that from GP to physio referral and appointment was less than 2 weeks.
