i seen the purple one in don skenes the other day and i have to say it was the uglyestbike i have ever seen

just got back from a short night ride over there.
i always take the road up instead of doing the middle section tbh i really struggled before and hated more than rugby training!! and back then i was on a 4″ travel bike

the p30 is running well bud

you can also cycle up the road the wrong way up and you will come out at Tumbluwm tump. takes about 50 mins doing that loop

yes fella, u just cut accross the trail or u can just take the road up the uplift use but if you do move out the way of the bus lol
the last section of the xc going up is ok for a newbie i would think but that middle section is just a bitch imo but im a fatty on a 160mm bike

if your going to cwmcarn with a newbie i would take the fire road on the left of the pay booth, nice little ride there and you can cross over the track and tak the road up to the free ride section. as for FoD i would thing that its pretty muddy there

i just find it hard to believe that bike tyres can retail for £50 and pads at £22.99!!
i want two rubber queens and its going to cost me £90, i got to superstar for my pads tho

well you can buy car tyres for £50 not that much more than a rubber queen

iv had both xt and rx, i can say that the rx brakes are head over heels better

hi bud,we ride around the blackwood/caerphilly area meet most wednesdays. you also got the miggle moos in machen who meet on a wednesday just check out their web page. also castle bikes have a shop ride on a wednesday or thursday i think just ring them. check mtbwales for local rides

keep the shite from the stantions bud, clean them with soapy water try them and add a silcone spray

don skenes in cardiff have made up a few of them!!

look for a local sign writing place and ask them for some. thats what i did, they gave me a load for a £5
