Ended up breaking 4 ribs on day 2 but no point claiming anything. had a good two days though!

So sad – every day something else this government does/says to make our lives worse.

Sometimes you do have to force yourself out – but going with a bunch of slightly younger friends helps!!! I’ve just got my bus pass!

Arkose 4 shifting problems sorted – Evans fitted the slightly smaller diameter SRAM cable and now it’s wonderful!

I bought an Arkose 4 about 6 weeks ago. I love riding it on and off road but having problems with the shifting. Not smooth, often struggles to move up a ring, sometimes slips off a ring, doesn’t feel right! I’ve taken it back to Evans 4 times now – they’ve been very patient – but wonder if there may be a damaged component somewhere? Any ideas or similar experiences?
