    Well now where to start…
    Plantar Faschitis
    Shin Splints
    Stress fractures
    Three cartlidge ops
They are the main running injuries.
A partly dislocated shoulder, from doing dips at circuit training.
Trapped nerve in L4 vertebrae, no reflex in right leg for 6 weeks or so, took about 8 months to be properly right, its only when you cant sit down that you take it for granted that you can.
No real cycling injuries to speak of, played squash for years and only ever pulled one muscle, perhaps this is telling me something….

Born: Worcester, lived there for 3 weeks.
Dads job took us up to Kirkintilloch, just outside Glasgow for 8 years
Dads job took us to St Neots, Cambs, stayed there for 35 years
My job brought me to the North Cotswolds, now been here 6 years, currently just outside Chipping Campden.

I enjoyed a couple of hours on the road bike round the north cotswolds, lovely to see the sun and some blue sky after the incessant rain and wind of the last couple of days.

Really pleased with my new ER6-F on the short rides I have done, also pleased with the Weise kit i bought to go with it, seems warm and is supposed to be waterproof too. My Shoei XR1100 was a lot of money but is a lovely bit of kit. Wrap up, the cold gets to you very quickly otherwise.

I lived in Moreton in Marsh during the 2007 floods, a woman in a Corsa was going to drive through the flood, everyone was telling her it was 3 or 4 feet at its deepest and she had no chance, it’ll be fine she says, strangely enough it wasn’t and she wrecked her car, some people just cant be told.

An ancient “Shiver and Shake” Xmas special comic I found in my mum and dads loft, went for £23, i nearly fell off my chair. The weirdos asking if I had any more “Commando” comics to sell freaked me out a bit though.

Not me, but someone at work is the proud owner of a glasgow corporation atlantean double decker bus as a result of e-bay and a tad too much southern comfort…

Living in the north cotswolds we get rather spoilt, we get a sparrowhawk in the garden, i’ve seen endless buzzards on the shoot that i beat on, kites, and i’m led to believe there are both peregrines and goshawks about
