Blimey that’s a very strange looking two-headed boar there, I blame it on inter-breeding :o)

Both will get you covered in mud but the seat post should give you years of enjoyment unlike Glasto

A pair of these came fitted to my Spesh HT & it was the first thing I changed. They are OK on hardpack stuff, although not in the league of say a RR or Speedking, but I found them to be poor in wet muddy conditions. The ones I’ve got are folders & have the aramid/flak jacket protection. Lets just say I wont be buying another pair anytime soon.

BTW I’ve kept mine for when I bimble down the cycle paths/trails with Mrs CB :o)

    I’ve got a 2006 HT Comp with the M4 frame & it’s a fantastic machine.

I use mine with slicks on for commuting & knobblies for off road duties. Depending on the type of tyres I put on it, it weighs in at around the 26lb or 27lb mark. I would assume that newer ones are even lighter again as they have the M5 frame.

I’ve had this bike for 3 years now & I can’t see me parting company with it anytime soon.

As she is Oriental then why don’t you remove the bog roll telling her that it’s an old English custom to do so in the New Year. If she needs to use the loo then tell her for the next 30 days she will only have one sheet per visit to the wc & that she has to use both sides :o)

This should curb her irresponsible use of toilet tissue, failing that get some of that Izal stuff. Crikey I’m still having counseling now 40 yrs after I used to use the wc at my Grand parents place – boy that stuff is rough!!!

My lbs is Certini[/url] with a fantastic range of bikes, spare parts, clothing, great service & the best LBS around IMHO. Been using them for years and spent a flaming fortune with them on bikes & kit and they even call me by my first name at long last :o)
