We were in the area 2 weeks ago and the caves at Nerja were closed due to conservation concerns on the cave paintings. Frigiliana was nice though.

A farmer is leaning on a gate watching his dog lick its nether regions.

A townie walks up,leans on the gate and joins him in warching the dog.

After a few minutes the townie sighs and says “I wish I could do that.”

The farmer looks at the townie and replies “I’m sure be would let you if you gave him a biscuit.”

I had an Answer and bar stem and I’m pretty sure the guff that came with them said to replace after 3 years. That was a few years and several different bars ago.

Both my brother and me suffered from restless leg syndrome. Manage it now by taking Ginko Biloba tablets, one a day. They’re available from online health places.
Doesn’t cure it but stays away as long as we keep taking the pills.

I’ve bad this in the past. Painful. Apart from pain killers, rolling a tin of beans under the foot was recommended by my physio.
    Didn’t have the injection.

I had 26er Tactic rims and were no problems tubeless. A couple of layers of tape and all good. Ran WTB, Schwalbe & Kenda. Only prob was with Contis which I gave up on in the end.

I was tested for platelet donation but apparently I only produce enough for me and not for sharing.

24c-25c when I was out. In the Old Kilpatrick hills. Not huge but still a fair bit of climbing.

edit. Got a plasticky card. Working the rest of the week so it’ll give my body a bit longer to restock :-)

Had Thule aero bars for 10 years and both fork and frame carriers. Prefer the frame type as you dont have to stick muddy wheels inside the car. Thule 591’s. Would say the fork mount is probaly more aerodynamic and, if you leave them on all the time, that might be a consideration.
