There’s a village near me called Rhu. Its quite an affluent area and the amount of cars about with RHU in the registration must mean folk are quite pleased to live there. Tossers.

I phoned Osprey and they recommend not putting them in washing machines. Take out any formers. Scrub and hang to dry.
I’ve thrown a Camelbak in a machine and it’s been okay though.

The lock ring came loose on mine as well. Replaced the XT one with a Token one from CRC. It has a longer thread.

I recently got one of these.
    Decathlon Hydration pack

Only used it once but seems quite stable and can take enough junk for shorter rides.

I ran a 30t chain ring with a 40t expander and found I lost a bit of speed. Changed to a 32 and find thats a happy medium and I can still get up most stuff. Don’t think I’m super fit.

I was married for 20 years when my wife was diagnosed with cancer. She succumbed 4 years later and I was sure that was it for me, aged 46.
I didn’t intend to go looking for someone else but met a fantastic lady about 6 months later and we got on really well. She helped me through the grieving process.
We were married 7 years ago, which was 3 years after my first wife died, and I’ve never been happier.

I’ve bought a couple of things from them/him including a used Epic frame. All arrived safely and quite quickly as I remember.
