Sorry for the slight hijack but I’m after advice if anyone knows their stuff on hamstrings. Last Thursday while out running I felt quite a pull and then throbbing pain on my left upper hamstring at the glute. So I walked home. I saw a physio on Saturday morning and as I’m running the New York marathon on November 3rd she said it was a slight tear and best not to run it . She’s given me some strengthening exercises and told me to just swim for a few weeks. I was planning on just taking ibuprofen and painkillers and taking it easy around New York. What’s the worst that could happen? Obviously apart from losing all our Thomas cook flights this morning r😩

We were watching a couple of these hovering in and out of a huge bunch of lavender ( I think it was lavender) last summer in st astier in France. Lovely little things

Do you vape ? Sounds like a stupid question but we have agency drivers who sometimes vape in our trucks and that leaves an oily film on the inside of the windows and it can be a bitch to get off . There are vape specific glass cleaners out now also because of this.

I got 2 pairs of sliver xl from Granoptic in Spain. Saved loads of money and they were delivered within 1 week. 1 pair had the wrong lens colour in and as it was their balls up they didn’t drag their heels sorting it out . Probably about another week it took. I’d definitely buy from them again

Mikewsmith, genuine question and nothing subliminal . I fancy a zero am ht so I’m probably going to flog one of the other bikes to make way for it and I’m just after some real feedback from anyone who may have ridden one

It’s not so much learning to jump but more like I was fine on a hardtail on drops and jumps and nowhere near as confident on a full suspension bike . Just usual trail centre stuff and reds were usually my limit on a full susser

Exactly as phil5556 said . Lots warmer but pipes needed the slightest bend at the valves due to the centre of the rad being slightly further out from the wall
