Been keeping my eye out for a bargain Five or Mega TR. Both still seem to be fetching decent money for tapered headtube versions.

I use fork juice, may seem pricey but last ages. I spray it on and pump the forks, clean any dirt off and ride, do the same after I’ve washed the bike.

Worth a look at if you want to extend Degla –

Fattie and FS. You can spend a day at Degla if you do the Black, Red, Blue and have a play on the skills bit, also a stop for lunch because the cafe is worth the visit alone.

I run 2 of these, one on bars and one on helmet.

I’d like to know this also, have some jockey wheels out of a 9 speed deore mech and have a 10 speed mech which needs new jockey wheels.

Garmin Edge Touring, can be had for about £140, perfect for that.

Also suggest the GoPro Studio, seems to work quite well as long as your device is powerful enough.

Cragg’s worth a visit also, more so than Lee IMO.

Mucky Nutz work for me in the sense they keep SOME of the mud off, face fender front and back also. Never tried a mudhugger.

I booked Andrew from RideWithMee off a recommendation on here and he was great. Pretty sure he will meet you more or less anywhere –

Is anyone using Topeak Ninja bits?

That looks nice, can you get it without the tool though? And use your own multi tool.

Garmin Edge Touring is good for this also.

Small bumps and cobbles are one of the reason I would like to stick with the FS.

Next Dilema is size, I seem to be in-between a small and a medium, any advice, looking at a 26er frame and im 5ft8 with 31 inside leg.

Wow, brilliant photo, I really do want one. Now the search for a frame begins, hopefully easier than looking for a Trance frame has been.

Always amazes me how helpful some users on here can be. Tish who I’d never met before sorted me some tyres early on in the year, much appreciated.

I’m still using my 2 year old UniqueFire hd’s. Think I might treat them to some new Hunk Lee batteries now as the run time is definitely decreasing.
