Worked fine in case anyone stumbles onto this in the future. Apparently Deore / SLX and XT of a similar year all fit each other.

Cheers John, I know the RAD cage outer will fit as its compatible with Deore and XT, but I’m not sure if the Deore inner is the same as the XT inner.

Just done the whole downstairs of the house in engineered. I don’t see any benefits of solid over engineered. Looks great to.

    Ordered from – https://www.luxuryflooringandfurnishings.co.uk/

Fitted it floated with 6mm techni board underlay.

Only just spotted this thread. I lurk on here a lot, post not a lot, but I’m constantly amazed by the generosity and kindness shown on here.

Put in what I can for you mate. Sounds like things turning round for you, I hope they continue to get better and better for you and your family.

I was following Stronglifts for quite a while and got alot stronger. The only negative I found was that I couldn’t pedal for long at all. I’ve now changed my workout to 2 x full body workouts per week and will go back to 3 in winter if I don’t get out on the bike as much.

2 x Full body – Following same progression as Stronglifts

    Workout A
    Deadlift 3×8
    Bench Press 3×8
    Barbell Shoulder Press 3×8
    T Bar Row 3×8
    Pull Ups 3x

    Workout B
    Squats 3×8
    Bench Press 3×8
    Barbell Shoulder Press 3×8
    T Bar Row 3×8
    Pull Ups 3x

It could be a subpanel? If not maybe two circuits are cross connected.

If thats the case then two breakers would have to be off together to kill it. As someone mentioned above.

Shut off the breaker one at a time and test, don’t turn them back on after you turn them off. Keep turning off breakers till it goes dead. Mark that breaker and leave it off. Next turn on the previously turned off breakers one at a time until its live again. Mark that breaker and you have found the two.

Not much difference in price to the Brand X

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/brand-x-ascend-dropper-seatpost/rp-prod149024

Also the Plummet is even cheaper and gets decent reviews also –

I suppose some sort of travel / foreign land adventure story. Something based on fact or actual fact but reads more like fiction. Possibly a book with some crime / on the run element.

Something to fill the gap after such a great read.

To be honest, I usually park over the road, down the side of the park. I see lots of people doing it. Don’t know if I’d recommend it though.

Lots of secure parking round Piccadilly station, then walk over to the Apollo. Will be crowds walking to and from the gig, its safe to walk before and after gigs.

Or you could park and ride which would be cheaper but I think you would still end up walking from Piccadilly.

Ahh, I see. I thought the M4 was a newer better model but it appears to be a lower model. I’ll go with the M2 then seen as though they are similar price.

For me there are some days when Loratadine (or Cetirizine) just aren’t enough. Unsurprisingly it might be just having got in from a ride… last year I was prescribed Fexofenadine (need prescription), they work amazingly well.

Anyway I ended up going to Spain on holiday over the summer, you can buy them there over the counter for a couple of €. Might be worth having a look at if you head over that way (or know someone who is going). I do the same with my inhalers for asthma too, much cheaper than paying for a prescription.

    I’ll second Fexofenadine, great stuff.

Garmin Edge Touring, I bought one for the exact same reason and it’s spot on.

Few setting changes from ridewithgps set it up nicely –

Navigation specific settings for your Edge Touring.

Click the Wrench Icon on the main menu of the unit.
    Select Routing Options
    Change Routing Mode to Cycling
Change Calculation Method to Minimize Distance
Ensure Lock On Road is set to Off
Enter Avoidance Setup and disable all (keeps the unit from changing your pre-planned route based on its own map data)
Change Recalculation to either Prompted or Off (Important!!! If you lose GPS signal or go slightly off course, recalculation will usually short cut you to the end of your route. You almost never want it, so we set it to Prompted).
Course Turn Guidance must be OFF. This feature only works when the device recalculates the route, which you don’t want if you are using a TCX route.
Off Course Warnings is Enabled. Venture too far away from the route and the device will let you know.

Just been through the same in our house, whole dining room / kitchen floor. Used an SDS drill and chisel attachment then went round with a flat shovel. Then laid green tile underlay then put your flooring over it. Took a few days though, harder work than it sounds.

Thanks all. This stuff of Ebay says it can just be nailed on like felt? I notice the EPDM stuff on other websites says it needs to be glued down. Would nailing be ok? It’s for my current shed that wil hopefully being replaced next year.

I went last year, visited both Gdansk and Sopot, only about 15 – 20 min train ride apart. I’d recommend it, lots to see and some pretty cool bars.

Nice place to have breakfast – https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g274725-d2168970-Reviews-Goldwasser-Gdansk_Pomerania_Province_Northern_Poland.html

I didn’t know Mike, neither did I ever meet him. I watched Inspired to Ride last year and I’ve read a few bits about him since watching it. He seemed like an amazing person who inspired so many. Such a sad loss, thoughts go to his family and friends.

    Ride in peace Mike
